A satisfied customer

I had spent quite a while looking for a replacement groundsheet of the type and dimensions I wanted. I found it at Discover and placed my order which arrived a few days later.
It was packed well and was as decribed so I can't really fault anything. Good service, Thanks.

no stars as it was not available. I was told there were none of these Movelite Xplorer motorhome awnings in the country. I went online later and managed to get one from another supplier the next day. It was delivered within a day.

the caravan cover material looks and feels good,quick delivery. this was my second purchase from discover so i would reccommend to a friend

Excellent Customer Service

.
I would like to thank Rosanne for her help with my query about a memory foam topper cover, she was very polite and efficient. Received the cover 2days later. Unfortunately the other item I ordered was out of stock. i was called to advise that new stock as expected by the end of the week, but later the same day was advised that the supplier would not be sending in more stock and that my order would be cancelled. I really appreciated the update calls as this allowed me to track down the same item from another supplier,
who still had some stock left.
Would use this company again.

Blown away by the service

Rang up to enquire about availability and delivery charges. My item was not in stock, so tthe sales assistant rang around the store, less than 15 minutes later I received a call, she had tracked one down for me. I am now awaiting delivery. Thank you.

Website did not ask all the questions for sizes

This ended up with being telephoned twice to get the make of our van for a fitted sheet that in the end did not arrive for our holidays because the order was so slow in arriving. Not impressed as when I returned both calls back to customer services with messages on my answer phone I had to give the details twice as obviously the first person had not recorded the information correctly and the second person had not got a clue as to why I had been re telephoned.

Great service

It was simple to place the order; I got confirmation of order and the goods arrived quickly [3 days later]by courier. I feel this company is reliable. I will certainly use it again. I have also spread the word among my friends.

I have read some of the reviews suggesting service which was below par. That is certainly not our experience. We ordered our items one day, they were delievered the next. An email confirmed our order immediately it was placed. Prices quoted were best offered anywhere. Our order was delivered the following day, only a mere 24hours after placing our order. Everything was perfect! That is truly first class service.

One item was not in stock but I got a phone call to advise me. It's a shame that the ordering system couldn't have identified it otherwise it would have been a 5 stars review. Very quick delivery of the remainder and packing was very good.

Web site not up to date with stock situation

Your web site did not indicate the item I ordered was out of stock. I was informed by telephone message on my answerphone that the item would not be available until the end of August. After waiting twelve minutes the first time and six a second time I finally made contact by phone and cancelled my order and was told my credit card would not be debited. I now have an e mail asking me for an opinion regarding my recent purchase when no purchase was made. I am now concerned my credit card has been charged and now have the inconvenience of having to check my statements.

Had better service in the past

I ordered 2 reclining chairs and only received 1 and it was poorly packed and was broken when I received it it driver said sorry about the state of the parcel but that's how he got it from the depot he collected it back the next day but I'm still waiting for my 2 new chairs to arrive in one piece

Prompt Customer Answering - Post Sales could be better.

Experience good when dealing with the Customer Sales Group. Would have given them 5 stars if they rang back when they said they would. Had to chase quite a bit on delivery date but we got there in the end - this was not a major issue. Thanks for Rossanne (?) for dealing promptly with the last call. Regards Ian B. Wilmslow
