Good kit, fast delivery
Bought a compact reel, and it is way better than others I have seen - sturdier ratchet and more compact, yet with a winder that is easier to use too.

Efficient
I ordered a Buddy Commando with Auto Air and Weight Pockets when I received the item it had no weight pockets.I e-mailed them the same day and after 3 days I'd heard nothing so I called.
I was given an immediate apology and 2 days later I received my weight pockets.
