After my purchase of a Mares mask and snorkel upon returning home the purge valve was missing on the snorkel, after contacting the divers warehouse they sent an immediate replacement in the post that day as our holiday was looming. Whilst on holiday the mask strap on one side did not adjust so when we returned to the UK a phone call was made and we were asked to return the mask and within a day of the mask being received they sent out a replacement with a postage refund for both item from Rick who gave us excellent service when in the shop and over the phone. Having searched the internet for reviews and the best deals for a divers computer for my partner, I found divers Warehouse to be competitively priced and was also referred to them by Lodge Scuba (my partners dive club). Michelle at divers Warehouse was very helpful, informative and honest. Michelle ensured I made the right purchase for my partner and my budget and delivery was very quick. I highly recommend diverswearhouse and will be using again.
Fantastic service, product and real good value. A lot of companies would do well by following their example of how customer service should be! There was very good communication regarding postage of my item, i was kept updated on it status!. It came within the week they stated. Item was as described and in good condition so i highly recommended them.
Following the latest review in SCUBA magazine I tried to purchase a TUSA bifocal lens mask. The salesman Chris took a photocopy of my prescription +1.5 distance +2.5 reading and sent off for the bifocal lenses as advertised. What arrived were not bifocal lenses but a plain glass with +1.5 reading inserts fitted. Undeterred Chris promised to sort out the problem and get back to me. Two days later Chris rang and confirmed the shop had contacted TUSA who had confirmed they were unable to provide true bifocal lenses. Chris also indicated they had located a company who make and fit bespoke bifocal lenses but that this service was more expensive. Ten days later my new mask arrived and has at last brought my diving back into focus. My thanks to Chris and Divers Warehouse for taking the trouble to sort out my problem, great service.

I am located in Dubai and getting diving equipment here can be hard / expensive at times. After having searched the internet I found what I was looking for on Divers Warehouse and at a competitive price too. So having communicated via email and phone I successfully completed my purchase of Suunto watches and torches. They were sent to my UK address withing 48hrs and then brought out here by my wife on a return trip.
Very satisfied, and will definitely recommend to others and will ofcourse use again.
I am from Slovakia - and I called to the diverswarehouse first to find how much will cost the delivery and information about stock. From the really first moment the woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The watch Apeks Pro 500m Prof Dive Watch wasnt at stock but she told me to order and immediately after receiving goods to stock they will send it to me. They stayed in touch with me on the emails as well.
I received my goods in a week - well packed - and thanks to track.no. I could watch it all the way to me. It was pleasure to buy at this e-shop.
I ordered a Custom Diver reel from DiversWarehouse and all went through fine. But the reel did not arrive after a few days. Checking their site, it was out of stock. I was a bit irritated I had not been emailed (although to be fair, it was in my account, so I should have just looked). But as soon as I called, they leapt into action, located a reel and shipped it to me in 24 hours in time to make my flight. They couldn't have been more helpful and I will certainly use them again, especially as the reel was about £10 cheaper than anywhere else!
I left packing to last minute and I needed some items to take on my dive trip. I went to Divers Warehouse and they sorted me out straight away. What a good service. Everyone I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and they got my stuff to me next day. Thank you ever so much Divers Warehouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just made my day!
I called the shop prior placing my order and explained that I was going away for sometime and needed the sk7 compass by a certain date. The sales person guaranteed me that I would have my item on time. Funny enough was, 1 day overdue for the delivery to have arrived, I received an email saying the item was out if stock. I immediately called the shop and sent and email requesting cancelation of my order and to be fully refunded. 2 days later the item was sent to me on the post, despite the fact that I requested cancelation for my order. As I was not even at home to receive the item, the post office sent it back to divers warehouse and still today I have not been refunded.
I can't possible express how angry and dissatisfied I am with this terrible company and awful costumer service. I called the shop many many times, I spoke with Jane and Billy, whom promised to issue my refund (fairly enough, only when the item was sent back to them by the post office tracked item) but even the item been with them no refund was processed.
Being away and spending a fortune to get on the Internet to communicate with this awful shop and check post office status to have this resolved, but almost 1 month later nothing has been done by this shop neither my refund was processed.
I will surely never buy with them even again and I do not recommend anyone to use them.
Me and my son would like to thank Divers Warehouse for unbelievable service recently,both our cylinders and regs got contaminated with oil due to dodgy air fills on a boat,DW removed contamination and o2 cleaned cylinders and also stripped down and cleaned both sets of regs within a week,ready for diving this week,well done,cheers to Mark,Bernie,and Michelle for your quick efficient service and excellent communication throughout the week
Probably the worst internet shopping experience I have ever had. Ignorant staff who just don't care about customer service or the quality of products which they are selling.
Divers Warehouse try to have reviews removed claiming the reviewer didn't purchase from them. They even do this after proof is supplied to them and Truspilot. Shows just what this company is really like.

Initial went wrong, the world pay payment went from my account but the basket did not update, had to chase ()same day) told it was OK, order received. Over the next month and a half i phoned many times and was given different excuses every time, still waiting for a refund at this point, avoid this company, there is something very very wrong here.
I will be diving in a remote area of N.W. Scotland over the Easter week-end and needed an additional O2 cyliner so I could take sufficient oxygen to fuel my rebreather for the whole week-end. I placed my order on Divers warehouse and as it was getting a little close to Easter I called to make sure the order would arrive on time. I talked to Hadrian in Customer Services. It turned out that DW didn't have the item in stock, but rather than spoil my weekend, Hadrian worked with AP Diving in Cornwall to get an O2 cylinder despatched and it arrived the next morning in time for me to get it filled. This is what I believe is excellent service. I sent a note to DW and Hadrian replied and said "He just got lucky with Fedex". Ordered an item and was emailed 3 days later to say it was out of stock. It took 2 emails and a phone call from me to find out when it would be back in stock. Was given a date when it would be in stock and was promised it would be sent out to me the same day. They missed the post so it wasn't. Item then sent on 3 day delivery service despite me saying I needed it quickly.
To be fair when I spoke to Hadrian via email he was very helpful but the other customer service people were useless and didn't even read the emails I sent chasing the item merely replying with a boiler plate response.
Just wanted to let you know that I received my cressi wetsuit and poseidon mask in time for my holiday. I am very pleased with both! Thank you for the amazing customer service! I will be sure to come to you if I buy any new gear!!!
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service and turnaround of Divers Warehouse.They processed and despatched my order so quickly with no dramas at all. I placed my order on the Monday and did not expect to have my new (AMAZING) fins in my hot little hands by Thursday! I was so thrilled I took them out on a test run that night and absolutely LOVE them.
Will most definitely be ordering from this site again.
I ordered a pair of beaver velocity fins and received them a week after I made the order which was fine, until I realised they had sent me one fin of one size and the other fin of a completely different size. When I rang up to ask what had happened they said it was beavers mistake and if I sent them back they would send me out a new pair. I called them to make sure they had received the fins I returned and they said they would have the new fins back to me in a week. A week and a half went by and no word so I called them again and they said they just got in a shipment so I would have them in 4 days. 5 days went by and nothing so I called once again and they again said that a shipment had just come in but I desperately needed them by the weekend as I was going on holiday and had been waiting 4 weeks for them. They ensured me that they would be sending them out the next day and would post them next day delivery so I would get them on Friday. I called on Thursday to make sure they had sent them out and THIS is when they finally decide to tell me that they're out of stock. I'm sure the product would have been fine but the terrible service Diverswarehouse has provided by keeping me completely out of the loop concerning my order has convinced me to never buy from this company again despite using the company before. I encourage you to do the same and take your custom elsewhere.
