I live abroad and ordered an item for delivery to the UK. There was a problem with my credit card (it is often the case as I live in Egypt).
Diverswarehouse failed to contact me to inform me of a problem, this only came to light when we started to chase the item due to non-delivery. Surely good customer service would have been to at least email the client and inform me of a problem so that I could clear it up......
The service I have received so far from Divers Warehouse is so far second to none. I don't feel like I have been one of there easiest customers (having cancelled, had refunded, then reinstated items on my order within the space of a few hours). The telephone and email support has been fast and the people I have spoken to have been very pleasant even considering how much confusion and hassle I must have caused. Two years ago they supplied me with a top notch Otter Drysuit, of which is now is a really popular choice within our university dive club. I believe Divers Warehouse are linked to otter and if not the quality of both these companies services are comparable only to each other as their service as I said before is spot on. I would always recommend these companies to anyone.
Ordered a Reel / DSMB package at a good price. Arrived in about two-working days, however the wrong DSMB was in the package. One quick call to DW and a new (correct) DSMB was on its way to me (before I'd even sent the incorrect one back, not lot of companies would do that!). Refunded my return postage.
Mistakes happen (we're all human, after all!), and I think the real test of any company is how they respond to them. I can't fault DW at all on this. . buy with confidence!! :)
Buddy parts are hard to find in Belgium.
Although my item was not in stock, within two weeks my goods were delivered. Many shops here in Belgium can't do it faster !
And ... the price was very good!
Slow delivery and when it did arrive one of the items was an inferior product to that ordered. So fed up of waiting could not be bothered sending it back.
As a tech diver and having sold my kit a year ago, i decide to start techdiving again with my good buddies here in Holland. Being fussy about what i want i sent an Email on my requirements after a few communication i was sorted excatley what i wanted and cheaper then here, i ordered Apeks and a IST comfort harness ( its softer then from OMS :-) ). Iwas informed that the backplate was in back order, i had no hurry so i didnt mind, after two weeks got a mail that all was ok and it was ready to ship. 3 days later got a big box of new toys. the service was excellent as before and all the garanty cards were filled in and stapped to marks for that. all have to say now is thanks Rick for the supper good service.
most of my order arrived in a timely fashion but one time took ages to deliver as it was supposedy ment to be sent out direct from the manufacturer. I am still waiting on the single item a week or two later.
I bought 5 T shirts from this company and although they were dispatched quickly and I received them in a few days the quality of the T shirts was like something you would buy for a couple of quid on a Market. The seams are twisted and the hems are gathered quite a dissapoitment really considering how much they cost.
Ordered Undersuit, which after 10 days had not been delivered, emailed Diver warehouse and obtained a reply to say supplier has stopped manufacture of undersuit (why had I not been informed of this prior to my email and why is it still advertised on the web site?). However following email correspondence and telephone contact to sort out alternative and sizing issues, they where very prompt at supplying the alternative, and I'm very please with the outcome.
I ordered an Item, but apparently this was not in stock and I waited two weeks for delivery, there was nothing on the site to say it was not in stock, they had my phone number, and e-mail but never contacted me to say it was not in stock, I could have got this item from other dive shops the next day!! I will never use them again.
Divers warehouse held a good range of stock with options in all areas. When my choice was made and my order placed I was kept informed of the progress of my order and delivery date. It was delivered as stated. All this equals one very happy customer who has them in his 'Favorites' bar
I bought a watch strap. It cost less than a fiver but the team did more than send out standard notifications - when there was a supply problem, I was given the option of a refund. I asked if I could change the order? - No problem. A day later, my original order turned up. Could I change the order again? No problem. I received the strap the next day. All this for an order worth less than a fiver. Good natured, personal service that's hard to beat.
I was really pleased with the service they provided, they contacted us advising us of a delay on part of the order and sent the instock items straightaway instead of waiting until the final item arrived, which followed as soon as was available
