Annual stock take could be better managed
Unfortunately, I ordered during annual stock take.
I didn't see the message on your website informing of your closure but however my purchase order has been validated.
I waited a long time before delivery without to benefit discount.
During the annual stock take, the discount code (TAKE10) could be automatically applied to the payment.

Minor glitch on Website quickly sorted. Great service.
I ordered a Loewe Xelos Smart TV from Divine Audio using the company website. On completing my purchase using PayPal there appeared to be no record of my order on the website. Next day I called the company and was promptly put through to a very helpful employee who informed me that when paying by PayPal the system overides any email address you enter and sets up an account using your registered PayPal address.
Signed into the website using my PayPal address and found my order which was delivered free next day. I'm very pleased with the TV and still amazed at the price I paid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Divine Audio based on my experience with this order.

Order still in process
The item I ordered was not in stock and I received an email advising that I would be contacted when it was dispatched. This was a number of weeks ago and whilst I understand that the item may still not be available, I would welcome an update email perhaps every three or four weeks.

Great customer service and advice
Am writing this as an in-store customer so can't comment on their on-line service.
I came as a new customer looking to replace an ageing audiophile system with something even better but not more expensive. Both Tim and Chris could not have been more helpful, offering good practical advice and the loan of equipment - all of which I ended up buying.
At all times I was listened to and my needs understood.
Recommendations were well balanced and I ended up spending less than expected with better sound than I expected. I now have the sort of system I dreamed of having.
I no longer have that nagging doubt that I could have done better somewhere else. I would always go back to Divine Audio.

Really Happy with the overall transaction!
Fast delivery, the item arrived in good condition.
The only odd thing about it was the tracking system. The link led to Royal Mail and told me tracking would only be available AFTER I received the item.
Maybe I'm just an ignorant foreigner but it doesn't sound quite logical ... but again, it's not really the sellers fault.

asked for a 3.5 metre pair of tell q black speaker cables,they normally sold in 2/3/4/5 metre pairs took just under a week from ordering to receiving the cable ( which is excellent by the way) the communication was first class and i would recommend buying from this company which i will surely do again in the future,thanks for the great service
