Great prices and excellent service
Prompt delivery of my original order, then found i'd ordered the wrong length of one of the cables. Following a helpful phone call they replaced my mistake quickly and at no extra charge, I couldn't have asked for a better all round service. Many thanks.

Difficult to beat - Excellent
I was looking for some headphones that suited both me and my wife. I wanted the best Hi Fidelity, my wife did not want to be able to hear what I was listening to. I needed to audition the headphones before purchase. After a lot of hunting about on and off line, my usual dealer suggested I spoke to "Devine Audio". I quickly realised that these guys have a very nice balance to the problem of online versus "bricks and mortar" retailing. I had a browse of their website, made a phone call, and was told that the brand I was looking for would be arriving soon and they would email me as soon as they were available. Sure enough I got an email and I was able to try the headphones on site (20 miles drive) and take some away to try with my setup. I ended up spending more than I had planned too but at a very good price.
Fantastic customer service, lots of choice and good prices. What more could I ask for?

Purchased an NA Ace Spacedeck turntable for a great price. Divine Audio was willing to assist fitting a tonearm I purchased from a different supplier.
They’re friendly people and very helpful too. Quick answer to all my mails. My most recent purchase was a Goldring cartridge which I received only in a couple of days (I live abroad), so fast delivery as well..
I’m very pleased with the service I received and can fully recommend doing business with them.

Very good service from Divine Audio. Disgraceful parcel carrier.
I had no problems with Divine Audio who kept me informed during the order and initial dispatch process. However the parcel handler DPD were an absolute disaster. Twice they failed their delivery forecast slot (visible on their web site) and it was only the intervention of Allyson/Tim from Divine Audio that got DPD to deliver it.
The Soundbar is as I expected i.e. it improves my LCD TV sound but of course its not top-end 5.1! (soundbar had a Euro mains plug so that had to be changed).
I can't fault Divine Audio or the Soundbar but DPD are a disgrace.

Service ok but wouldnt waste the money
I was looking for a new HDMI cable as I wanted to improve the picture on my TV. After reading on the website about the Audioquest Forest Hdmi I thought great just what I need to improve my picture so I bought one. When I received it a week later, I tried it out and to be honest after reading how good it was supposed to be I was really disappointed that it wasnt much different from the £4 HDMI I bought from the shop. Before buying an expensive cable decide whether it really is worth so much more money just for such a minimal picture difference that you probably wouldnt notice anyway unless you stare at the screen long enough. Personally I wouldnt waste money on an overpriced cable again.

Very good service A++ company.
I'm from the netherlands and order 3 kef speakers at divine audio. I mainly had contact with them through the internet. They responded quick to my emails. The service they provide if very good. I wanted to see some photos before ordering. The next day i had the photos in my inbox. The speakers i wanted were not in stock. They promised to contact me first when they speakers arrived, so they did. I can go on and on about how good the service was but i guess you know by now i'm a very satisfied customer. Some internet/audio shops can learn from divine audio. For me they are a A+. Hope to come back.
