Exceptional service; a 'must use again' company.
I researched the web for a pair of studio monitors and decided on a particular brand. Having further researched who sold the speakers, DJ Kit were the best price including delivery. Ordered late in the day but received the goods next morning. What a fab company.

Package damaged - although service was prompt
Hi,
I have made one or two purchases with DJkit and each time have been satisfied with their service. However I do have one complaint and that is there was a deep tear in the cardboard box in which the item was delivered. I should have reported this. However I have not tried the Peavey power amp as yet as I am awaiting speaker cables. There are no visible scratch marks on the amp. What I'm concerned about is that it could have recieved a hard bump that could have causing internal damage. Hopefully this has not happened but will soon find out.
There is no excuse for this cause due to poor handling and because of this I having my doubts purchasing from GJkit in the future.
Sadly you have lost a lot of business from me.

Efficient and helpful service
I ordered two pairs of Chauvet Core 3x1 lights in two separate orders. The first order was delivered next day, but the second, placed a few days later, was out of stock, although the website showed otherwise. A member of the sales team called me within 20 minutes of my placing the order on-line to let me know of the problem and that the lights would not be delivered next day. However, they arranged for Chauvet to send the lights out directly to me and they arrived the day after. Simple, efficient problem-solving and good communication - I appreciate that.

Exceedingly great customer service!!!
I bought a pair of Yamaha HS50M's here and spent £245 which was already really cheap. The guy who packaged them for me rang me up and said there was a tiny scratch on one of the monitors and that he could refund me £20. I accepted and they arrived after the weekend. I still haven't found a scratch on either of them. As a consumer though, it makes me feel like a valued customer and that some attention has actually been payed to me. I'll be buying here often from now, not in search of discounts, but because I know I can trust the people that work there, unlike a lot of other internet sites now days.
Also, a personal message to the guy that I spoke to about the scratch on the phone; Cheers man!! I love these monitors! Also, the way you dealt with me on the phone made me feel appreciated. I hope you get a promotion and/or a pay rise!!! ;)
