I needed a new cd player and ordered the CDN450 which arrived by 3pm the next day, all good. Although their was no noticable damage to the outer packaging I did notice during installation the player had a dent in the casing there were also some discrepances in the way the players back cue operated and how the operation was incorrectly explained in the manual. I called the following morning and DJ kit arranged a replacement without any problem, the courier came and swapped the units over. following some intervention from their tech support we resolved the issue without further problem.
I was pleased at DJ kits response and would again have no worries in using or recomending them.
The website is very easy to navigate, there are useful links to manufacturer and third party reviews of equipment. Prices are good and almost everything is in stock for next day delivery. My experience with DJ Kit has been excellent.

I placed my order expecting it within a couple of days as mentioned in the website, the order didn't arrive so I sent an email.
After no response to my email I tried calling on all the numbers listed on the website, all were dead saying the number does not exist so I tried to make contact through Facebook and Twitter and the websites quick chat, no reply!
At this point I was going to call my c card company to query the transaction but I left it another day and tried calling again and got through to someone who got my order out the same day, no idea why the phones were down or why my order had no been sent sooner.
I believe there must have been a problem with the companies phones and maybe their internet too.
I ordered a couple of lighting items, as promised one item came the following day (along with texts updates from courier company)other item out of stock, soon as djkit knew it was out of stock I was informed & given a full refund for that item. Will be using djkit again as the price is good as is the service.
I purchased two led lighting effects from DJ kit, spoke with a very knowledgeable sales person who was very helpful and dispatched the products the same day.
Delivery was made with DPD who are the only delivery company I have encountered who give you accurate delivery times within a one hour window and honour that time.
Overall great service, fantastic product and accurate delivery times......what more could you want ? Oh, the price was highly competitive too.
I purchased the Atmotech Zero g Froster Low Fog Machine, for an upcoming show, plus microphone stands.
stands good solid quality. cannot quote fog machine yet as have not had a chance to get it running but will do after my forthcoming show.

When the deckstand arrived I opened the box and it was covered in a white mould. My friend bought the same deck stand and got the same experience. I sent an email about it and waited a couple of day but got no response. I called, explained and was told 'someone will get back to you mate', nobody did. I tried to use the 'live we chat' twice but it was actually just a form. I've still not heard anything and this was about 2 weeks ago. This is the second time I have bought from djkit.com and I was hesitant because of previous experience but they were cheap. The first was a large purchase of around £1500, digital controllers never worked. I was tried to contact the manufacturer for help, spent hours following advice and emails to get them to work and eventually gave up. I went back to djkit.com, I got nothing. I wrote to them and eventually got a very rude letter from a senior member of the company basically telling me tough and to stick it. I work in customer service for a company that's a leader in its field and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I won't be using them again.

Brilliant customer service. I have been using DK kit since 2008. Messes up my order thi time though due to a amplifier being out if stick but they tries there best to resolve the isue as best as the could including a full refund! Also they rang I see if I wanted another amplifier To replace the one out of stock. They admitted full responsibility for there mistake all be it an inconvenience and over all the years there service has been second to none!

Purchased a laser (red and green) and smoke machine for a house party; both work really well and look brilliant together. The fog fluid purchased is non-odour and non-toxic and lasts for ages, so 5 litres was more than enough. Very satisifed overall.

the young lady on the telephone was so very helpful i, did not have a big order and are not used to telephone ordering ,she knew exactly what i wanted sorted out payment for me (i dont do internet) it was late on in the day and had apparently missed that days posting (Not a problem ) but the following day my order arrived, what a company to deal with ,Yes the 5 stars say it , would recommend you to my friends

Excellent competitive prices; what I always value most is the excellent friendly & professional customer service they always provide. Most recent communication was directly with James, seeking advice and then he efficiently arranged despatch of the goods purchased on the same day and were delivered the following day.
I ordered a sub bass unit. First unit arrived - not working at all.
A swap over was quickly agreed and arrived the next day. Unfortunately with a broken leg.
So a second swap over was arranged, with some extra cables thrown in to compensate for the aggro - very fair. Again the unit arrived damaged - and definitely damaged in transit as it had been checked by DJ kit before its dispatch.
So DJ kit agreed to once again check the unit before dispatch and to double box it as an extra precaution. Clearly the manufacturers packaging was not up to the job.
Fourth unit arrived next day - some minor damage to paintwork which I ended up accepting as just about tolerable. My feedback to them was that of a happy customer. They all worked very hard to rectify faults and they had to in turn seek compensation from their supplier for the inferior packaging causing the losses.
