Smooth transaction, speedy delivery

Googled a midi keyboard I was interested in and this companys' website was one of the ones that appeared. The keyboard is the same price everywhere so I decided to look at all of the suppliers to check for reliability of supply and after sales. This company appeared to have a good review and looked reliable.

Contacted the company and the ordering process was straightforward. The item arrived when promised and was to spec.

A good company who delivers what they promise.

Great service

No issues with dj kit. However the courier is not too flexible and seems intent on turning up when no one is there and forcing an extra charge to deliver on Saturdays.

ITEM NOT AVAILABLE

I placed my order for a TEAC DAB radio that was on the website and was really chuffed that id found one! Then recieved a phone call the next day to be told the item is discontinued and my order has been cancelled. I do believe that if i had ordered an item that was in stock it would have came quickly.

Not great , items missing off order !

Missed off my mixer & leads ! Had to go & buy another one on the day of delivery as the warehouse forgot to send them . Managed to get some Pioneer Headphones as a good will gesture even though i was out of pocket

I called with a question regarding compatibility between the Zumba zoomer and my I phone... This is the first PA system I have ever purchased - so it was a bit of a minefield. The lad on the phone was knowledgable and helpful and directed me toward the Alesis trans active. I have used it several times now and I am pleased with the purchase. It does what I want it to do, it has good sound volume and clarity.

First order, but DJKit seem to be on the case!

I had an Akai LPD8 on order with another supplier since before Christmas, but they were still out of stock in early March, so I cancelled and ordered from DJKit.com instead. Competitive pricing, fast dispatch, they used DPD for shipping my order who are a sensible courier who left my delivery with a neighbour instead of making me drive halfway across the country to their depot! The LPD8 works perfectly, well packaged, I'm a happy shopper. Compared to the bad service I've recieved from other DJ suppliers, my recommendation would buy your DJ Kit from errr... DJKIT! :-)

excellent stuff, glad the tunes made the grade!

Good service but speaker damaged on underside and I didn't spot it within the 7 day period. Gutted!

Bought a pair of EV SX300 speakers which were priority delivered from EV as DJkit were awaiting a shipment.
Good service in general and have bought from this company several times. One of the speakers however has some damage on the underside - the only area I didn't check and don't suppose many would. Have had them a month now and looks like
I'm stuck with it. Must check more thoroughly next time!

brilliant light for the price

This light is brilliant for the price. The light itself fills my garden and puts on a brilliant show. I would definatly recommend this one even if you just want to use it for house parties.

Thought they could do a lot better.

Bought with DJKit before and had a light bulb replacement sent out quickly after one night of use with a Dynamo Scanner light.
However, this time around it was a totally different experience altogether, and one which has made me decide to not purchase anything with them again.

I ordered over £400 worth of items, some of which were delivered on time, but a unit wasn't working, and another item didn't arrive on time, despite their next day delivery promise.

A box set of two items arrived on time, but sadly one of the units didn't work. When I spoke to a representative he promised that a replacement swap would be viable and promised to call me back the same day with further information in doing the swap for the faulty unit. To my dismay I never got a phone call back, and due to my busy lifestyle I haven't got the time to chase people up, and really expect more from such a vast company dealing with dj equipment.

The second item I ordered didn't arrive for 2 whole working days which ended up being of no use to me because the event was held on the weekend. Next day delivery if organised professionally wouldn't of resulted in this delay. It was fortunate that my client had something of use as a backup otherwise I would of been very embarrassed.
The unit did arrive late, but even when trying to assemble it, there was no proper instructions and I ended up not being able to utilise the features of it, so have ended up regretting the purchase.

In summary, not being contacted back when promised, and receiving faulty and hard to assemble equipment, has made me regret my purchases with DJKIT and I will not be going with them in the future. I would advise other customers to be very wary when buying products from their site. You may or may not be pleased with your purchase.

MIRROR MIRROR ON THE BALL

Simple job, order a mirror ball to replace our aging over-stage one. The sort of thing that can sometimes turn out more difficult than one might think.
Dealing with DJKit however it couldn't have been easier. I found a suitable item on their Ebay listing, which, incidentally, offered the best price I could find, and rang them to order (unfortunately I couldn't use PayPal as I normally would as I needed to pay with the company credit card). The sales assistant was efficient and friendly and the whole process took about two and a half minutes. The next day I had my shiny new mirror ball, of excellent quality, especially considering the very reasonable price. All in all a very pleasant and hassle free exercise. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the pair of speakers i purchased, spoke to the guys at DJ Kit and they arranged replacements to be sent out from the Germany that day!!. 2 days later and new speakers arrived and others collected. Fantastic service, nothing to much trouble, def buy from these guys i recommened them.

Order cancelled despite showing as "in stock"

Very disappointed by the service. When it was clearly shown online as "in stock" I expected to receive the item. I was told they were unable to get it from the supplier and therefore could not supply. I was not even offered an alternative either.

DO NOT TRUST "In Stock" WHEN SHOWN

Well meaning but not very organised

I ordered a midi controller keyboard which was supposedly in stock on the website. They rang me up the following day to say that it was not in stock and would be available soon which I accepted. I then waited for weeks with no response. I was unfortunately extremely busy during this period and was not able to chase it up. I then rang up on a Saturday but the lady on the phone was unable to help. However, she promised I would be contacted in the week. No phone call came and it was not until 3 weeks later that I was finally able to phone them on a weekday. They were very apologetic as they discovered there had been a mix-up in the warehouse and arranged for the keyboard to be delivered immediately. I received the keyboard the next day.

Stress free quality

I get all my equipment from djkit.com. They have a good range of top quality products and their prices have been difficult to beat. All orders have been delivered quickly, with a text service. If there have been any issues they were always been quick to reply and would get a call back and the staff are always friendly and pleasant to deal with!
