Notified about initial error - ie I was sent an e-mail informing me that there had been a stock error, that stand would be later than promised, now the beginning of the following week. Nothing happened the following week, so the next again Monday I phoned, and was told the stand would arrive Wednesday. It didn't. It did arrive early Friday afternoon, followed in late afternoon by an e-mail to tell me it was on its way! (DPD had informed me on Thursday, and arrived within hour slot promised, so this didn't really matter.)
We got there in the end, 2 weeks later than expected, but it didn't inspire confidence in the company.
Bought 3 uke hangers, ordered smoothly, delivered the next day, trouble was that despite mentioning this to the DJM order taker they were guitar hangers and the uke headstock went right through and the uke was suspended on the tuning buttons.???
The full refund went as smoothly and as quickly as the order.
I placed my order on 19/4/2013. I waited until 29/4/2013 and had still not received my
order so telephoned DJM Music. I was first told that they had not received my order then that it had not been paid for. I told them I had a copy of the transaction and that I had paid by debit card. They then found my order and told me it would be dispatched. The goods arrived the following day . I am pleased with the product but it's a pity that the order was mishandled. At no time was an apolgy made.
I bought an item for the first time from DJM music. There was a problem with either the website or my browser or a combination of the two - it let me complete the order, but then when I selected paypal, it didn't take me to a payment page. The sales office politely emailed me asking me to phone. When I phoned, I was answered straight away by an intelligent salesperson who advised me on stock levels and what to do to complete the order. The item then arrived in the promised time frame.
Service was great, they send you ou an email to let you know when and what time your fackage will be delievered! Cannot complain about that. However when i recieved my fiancee's guitar it had quite a few marks. Scratch marks and marks where it looks like they had missed polishing the guitar.
Service it great 10/10 for that, but 6/10 for the actual purchase
Bought a Stentor graduate violin. Can't fault the customer service at DJM music. When a problem arose, they were really helpful and good at sorting it out. I always buy from them as products are competitively priced, trustworthy and good polite service.
I ordered a basic ukuele on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered by Wednesday which was really fast compared to other websites. There were lots to choose from. My daughter is thrilled to have her ukuele so quickly. I would recommend them if you are looking for musical items.

I had been looking everywhere for a hard case for my Ibanez Talman acoustic guitar. I found one advertised on the DJM Music Website and ordered accordingly - keen to receive my purchase.
How disappointing it was to then to receive the following:
'Unfortunately due to a stock error you have been incorrectly informed that your order has been processed.
Your order was sent to the warehouse for picking, hence the Email you previously received (which informed me my order was being processed for dispatch), however the stock was unavailable.
We have contacted the supplier to find an ETA for the delivery but have now been informed that the item has been discontinued.
The item has now been removed from our website'.
All in all - a poor experience!
Ordered a tiger 2 tier keyboard stand, good value for money and very sturdy product, given a delivery date and appx time, kept informed throughout, arrived at the time specified, first class service throughout, would recommend.
Really impressed initially by the prices offered and when the item arrived in next to no time even better. My son loves his ukulele especially the green colour ! Would not hesitate to recommend or buy again. Thanks !

I recently purchased a case for a 3/4 double bass
The case fits perfectly and is of an excellent quality for the price that I paid.
The service was second to non with the item being delivered on Tuesday, the order was only placed on the Sunday evening.
I will certainly recommend this company .
I ordered a Diago Powerstation power supply for guitar effects pedals. Delivery was slow (eventually it took 12 days) and it even got to the point where I sent a query email to see where my order had got to. DJM Music did at least respond to that and kept me up to date after that point. However when the Powerstation eventually did arrive its product box was not factory sealed. On examination the power supply did not work - no indicator light and no output voltage. Also a 1.5cm square area on the side of the plastic case had obviously overheated at some time in the past and had melted. I can only assume the unit was either used for demo and had failed, or was a return from another customer. When emailed DJM responded quickly and offered to pick up and exchange the product, but I had also contacted Diago so I got a replacement direct from them.
Fast service and the Bodhran is great,it arrived well packaged and clearly marked fragile. When talking to staff on the phone they were really helpful and very polite,few problems initially as my first drum was out of stock and I was unaware but I feel this was a one off oversight,would I buy here again most certainly.
Having lost my guitar tuner, looked on the web for a suitable replacement, and found quite a range on the DJM site. The customer reviews were useful as a guide. Having chosen the most appropriate device for me, the ordering process was simple, and delivery was about 5 days later (I chose the cheapest delivery option).
After arranging redelivery of the product the courier company failed to deliver and then had the cheek to claim that they had tried. Pretty impossible as we were working in the garden all day and if we had happened to miss them by a minute or two, no card was left. They had emailed to say that the delivery would be between 2pm and 3pm but sent an email at 1.50pm to say they had tried to deliver! It's very unfortunate that the courier company has let DJM Music down so it's not a reflexion on their service but one on their choice of courier company. We are awaiting a refund.
Bought some earplugs excellent emails/phone calls and v fast delivery. Only problem is that the manufacturer has made the plugs smaller and the plugs were creased and of poor quality compared to a pair purchased a month ago elsewhere. However this wasn't the fault of DJM but if you have large ear canals and are used to having the e r 20s then you might wt to buy something else.
Service and speed was astonishing, BUT... whoever makes these music stands has a problem. Two green stands that can't be opened as they have been riveted incorrectly. You can have them back if you want?
Not impressed with your manufacturer; they have NO quality control
I shop A LOT on the internet and this has got to be the best delivery service I have ever had. I work in Logistics and I certainly aspire to achieve that kind of customer service that you have just given to me.
