I ordered a violin for a friend's 21st birthday on the 4th of September and chose to have next day delivery. The violin didn't come on the 5th, but I just assumed I'd ordered it too late in the day on the 4th, so it would actually come on the 5th. It got to the 7th and it still hadn't come, so I called to try and find out what had happened. As it was a Saturday, there wasn't actually anybody available to take my call, so I left my name and number in the hope I'd get a call back on the Monday. I didn't, so I called on the Tuesday to see what had happened. I spoke to a lady on customer services that didn't at all seem interested in my situation, but still explained that the violin hadn't actually been sent out in the first place. She informed me that she'd send it out with the post that was going to be leaving on Wednesday to ensure I'd get the violin by at least Friday. It didn't arrive on Friday (13th), so I had to call the company again. I spoke to another lady on customer services who this time, was very apologetic of what had happened. She told me that the violin I'd ordered actually had to be ordered in specifically to the store, to then be sent out to the customer. This meant I'd have to wait yet another few days for it to arrive into the store but I should receive it by early the following week. Anyway, it still didn't turn up to I had to call again to speak to someone else to then be told nothing had been done about it again. I eventually received it on the 20th, two weeks and two days after I'd ordered it for next day delivery. Although the final member of staff I spoke to actually did his job properly, I was still appalled by the service I'd received prior to speaking to him.
i was ordering an acoustic guitar for my other half with a different website who said that the item wouldn't arrive until her birthday (bearing in mind there was about a month till then!) so i waited and waited until i got worried, i emailed them and got a terrible, useless and vague automated reply which offered no help or peace of mind. so i decided to cancel my order with that website and use DJM music. never used or even heard of the, before but i checked the website out and thought it was well presented and looked good. so i registered which took no time at all and was super simple. so i went on to order the same guitar through DJM and received my receipt no trouble. the real winner came when it was about a week before her birthday and still no present so i sent DJM customer services a polite email asking about the delivery status of my order. The following day i received an email from someone in the customer services department, telling me why the order was taking a few days and where it was and told me an accurate delivery date. everything i needed to know to put my mind at ease in a small actual email written out by a proper human. it was excellent service, excellent website and speedy delivery that did it for me. customer service goes a long way these days and DJM certainly have one of the best customer services department ive ever had to contact

Item ordered (SO-034371) on 26 September and Standard next day shipping service paid. Order arrived 1st October!! Not good.
Your company is lacking in the communication department, hence 5 weeks later my goods never arrived and no one contacted me. I rang you 3 times speaking to two different people who read from the script, with no idea what had already been communicated to me. So unprofessional! I chose a different drum case, but unfortunately 10 days later nothing arrived! I have cancelled my order.
Futhermore the next day delivery charge from the first order was not refunded as promised and no phone call!
I shall not be recommending your company or buying from you again!

I ordered online and nothing arrived. One week later I phoned and was told the 2 items were not in stock - this was not at all clear on the website. I expected delivery within 2 days. No one had contacted me to explain there would be a delay. I am still waiting for the goods which I'm told will be soon (it is now 10 days since I ordered) and I have had the delivery refunded. However if I had realised it would take so long I would have ordered from elsewhere.

This is the fist time I have used DJM so first impressions count.
I ordered a Digitech Marmonyman after phoning and enquiring.
After several days it had not arrived so I checked my account to find it had been cancelled and the money had been returned to PayPal but I had not been informed of the cancellation. I emailed them and they said the had emailed me but I did not receive one even though they have the correct email address as I received confirmation of the order and this invitation to comment.
I felt this was poor service and made me doubt their reliability. DJM has some good prices but what's the use if you feel you can't trust them?
I ordered a conga from you , it stated express delivery , I heard nothing from you for a few days , I then emailed you and you said that the conga might be coming to you friom your main supplier , I waited a week to get nothing , I cancelled the conga , I've still received this daft email saying enjoy your purchase and here's your reference number , if you ask me you don't know your arse from your elbow , thanks very much for a terrible service
Website is good and easy to use, ordering process easy and straightforward. I was looking for an electric guitar which I needed quite rapidly so relied on the info provided about the stock. After not hearing back for a week (Estimated date for dispatch was 5 days) I had to call and enquire about the guitar and was told it was out of stock. It was a bit of a panic but the customer service team was helpful, suggested a similar item and offered a substantial discount for the inconvenience. Item was then shipped and delivered as promised after that. The guitar is great, my son is pleased. All in all a very good experience but I would advice clients to call and check stock before ordering and would suggest customer service to be more proactive in contacting the clients following their orders if there is a stock issue.
Very easy to search for the desired items and ordering was simple. Received both txt messages and emails keeping us informed of the progress and expected delivery date and time. And fair coos they turned up exactly when they said they would. Having the hour time alot really helped. Excellent service. And lovely instruments. Happy happy.
I ordered a music stand and, to be sure it arrived in time and paid extra for fast delivery. It came fast, alright, but I found it was faulty. I emailed DJM and explained the problem and what could be done to sort it out. No response. A day or two later I emailed again and said that they'd have to take immediate action or it would be too late. Again, no response.
So I've got a faulty music stand that doesn't stand up. Quite clearly DJM is not interested in its customers.
DJM Music Ltd is the business. I needed a sturdy guitar case for my twelve string and got really confused looking through endless ads and wondering if the guitar would fit the case. I struck lucky and came across DJM Music - I emailed them with the guitar measurements and they got back to me really quickly with a link to a case which was the right size. I read the reviews and they were all good so went ahead and ordered. The case has exceeded my expectations - the twelve string fits in it perfectly and the price was very reasonable. The postage and packing was also very cheap and the case arrived really quickly. Whenever I need any musical equipment DJM will be the first website I look on.
I ordered, and paid for a trumpet gig bag on August 16th. I received an email confirming my order. After hearing nothing else for approximately 2 weeks, I phoned the number on the confirmation and tried in vain several times to have my calls answered. The automated service stated I was 1st in the queue on 2 occasions. Both times I waited over 10 mins without being able to talk to someone. I left voice mail messages which have yet to be acknowledged. I also sent an email of concern at this time. Again, not acknowledged. I emailed again on September 1st and received a reply on the 4th, stating my order SHOULD be with me at the end of the next week. On the 18th of September I emailed to cancel my order as I was disgusted with the service. I have had no reply. My order was delivered on the 19th and the delivery note said it had been dispatched on the 18th. It does seem coincidental that it was dispatched on the day I tried to cancel my order. The lack of service and communication from this company is shocking and I would strongly advise that consumers avoid using them all together.
I needed a drum case which would not break the bank. Found this on the internet, placed my order and two days later the case arrived. I was even given a chance to select delivery times an date.
Excellent, would certainly use them again.
We brought this drum set for our 4 year old and he absolutely loves it. It's very well made and can take a bashing even our 13 year old likes to play with it. We're very pleased with this product and delivery was quick too.
