The staff are nice enough, and prices are good, but the fact is my order has gone very wrong and no one is resolving it. No response to my complaint. Told 3 times my order would be sent but either out of stock or admin error means it has not. Paid by single use shopping voucher, so it's used, and now they say they need paying again. Really laughable that while I'm still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on, they send me this satisfaction survey. Maybe someone will read it and finally do something.
The internet advert stated that the Banjo came with a hard case. When it arrived, it was a soft case. I rang customer services and the person dealing with me was quite off in manner but stated that I would be sent a hard case. This has still not arrive 1½ months later. Not impressed!
Ordered snare drum case and gig bag on the 12th Aug 2013 with a delivery date 24 th Aug , ( not received by 30th Aug).Kept ringing up to see when I would received the items,the answer I got "we are expecting it on Friday ".rang up again last week to complain that the website again shows a ten day delivery date and I have now been waiting since 12th Aug.
The customer service guy was helpful when I asked if he could send the snare drum case as I was requiring it asp,and I received it Friday 27th Sept .Still waiting for gig bag!!
I have purchased various items from DJM Music Ltd and have, in each and every instance, found them to be very efficient in the order and despatch process and also provinding very good value for money.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to fellow musicians.
Ordered a half sized violin online & it states usually 5 day delivery & the instrument will be tuned before sent. What a load of cobblers. Ordered it on the 10th of the month & it arrived on the 25th untuned, no where close to a fine tuning point, highly disappointed with the service of delivery & tuning of the unit but the violin itself seems to be decent enough, unfortunately my son had to miss weeks of lessons due to the misleading delivery timeframe.
I needed a carrying case for my mandolin so that it looked as if I could play it.
Ordered it on line and arrived next day. Brilliant
More than happy with DJM Music - my goods were in perfect condition, they arrived really quickly, sooner than I had expected, packed with care and I would but again from DJM - obviously a company to trust!
I ordered an "Egg" shaker, Priced at around £4.52,Nothing on the page about +p+p, so I paid by Paypal, STILL £4.52, Great I thought, Then I was taken back to the DJM website where over £5 was added for P+P!! 2-3 days delivery it said. I was NOT happy to say the least but I figured it MUST be my fault, so put up with it "live and learn".
It took 11 Days to arrive, I emailed the company to find out where my purchase was and it took 2 days to get a reply.
They did give me back the cost of P+P as a "good will gesture", when the item arrived the invoice included informed me these items are £1 each!......steer clear of them I know I will.
Looked everywhere for a good quality junior drum set. This company had the best price in the right colour and delivered quickly. Got a delivery date and then on the day was able to track my package all the way to my door so I could be here when I needed to be! Great service and perfect for my daughter's requirements. Would definitely buy from this company again
Ordered a footstool for guitar playing. I paid for express delivery to ensure my son would receive it by his next lesson. It didn't arrive a week later, so I had to call DJM music and was told it was out of stock!!!
I ordered a guitar case and picks. They came within 3 days of the order. The case was not padded; However, it is fused just for carrying to the sessions and not storage. Anyway, it is good value for money. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.
Addresse waited in for three days as invoice said goods despatched....... but in fact DJM didn't hold stock and item was sent a week later. No advice was given as to any delay and invoiced was misleading.
Eventually customer pleased with delayed product and courier advised delivery time, by e-mail, which was accurate.
Fantastic communication.So I didn' need to take the day off,I just nipped home,straight after I received your delivey message.
The Stand looks and feels much more than the price would have you believe.

Not an acceptable service. This item was not in stock. Most online retailers state if the item is out if stock . Would they have contacted me to say it could take up to eight weeks?, I don't think so.
I was searching for a compact, light tuner. DJM Music had just such a one, for not a lot of money. I immediately pressed the requisite keys, and ordered one. It arrived two days later. Impressed? You betcha! Thank you DJM Music.

This is not the first time I have purchased fro DJM, all products have arrived in excellent conditions and I must say represent good value for money.
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. I will return as a customer again.
We ordered an electronic keyboard for my son and I must say that the whole delivery experience was really good. We knew exactly when we would be receiving the item in advance as the window for it was given between 2.30 - 3.30pm unlike some companies which don't specify and make you wait the whole day. The tracking system is good and option to change address or re-direct to neighbour the day before also helped.
I called trying to buy 12 music stands urgently for a charity I was working with and the sales person at DJM was so helpful they couldn't have done more to organise the purchase and delivery if they tried..... It was brilliant I ordered around 5 in the afternoon and we received the order the next morning solving a huge problem for my choir.

My first (which will also be my last) order was placed on 11th September, with all three items showing in stock and delivery showing within 2/3 days. Following order confirmation, I heard nothing further. On 20th Sept I emailed to chase the order. On 23rd Sept I was advised that only 2 items were in stock but the third was expected that day, therefore the package would be sent the following day on a next day delivery. On 27th I had to phone again as still nothing had been delivered. I was told the items were now in stock and would be sent on a next day delivery. Package was eventually delivered this afternoon - the 30th, 19 days after ordering and only after I chased it myself twice and lots of waiting in between. A courtesy email or phone call to advise of stock levels and delays would have gone a long way, but the customer service is severely lacking. I will not order from this company again, and would not recommend to anyone, particularly if the items are needed within a couple of weeks of ordering.
Thought the item was a reasonable price and the shipping charges were reasonable. Package arrived ahead of estimated delivery. Over all I couldn't fault DJM Music and would have no reservation in recommending them to other musicians
Was looking for a harmonica to complete a particular song that I had mastered (Rory Gallagher's acoustic number 'Don't know where I'm going) Did not want to spend a lot and it needed to be an instrument in the key of 'c'. For a few pounds and a wait of less than 3 days the harmonica duly arrived - just have to learn it know!
Never been let down yet by DJM and they continually compete at a high standard on quality and service.

I would recommend purchasing goods from DJM Music as the music stand I bought is exactly what I was looking for and at a very competitive price.
Service was excellent too with the stand arriving within days of the order being placed.
I ordered an amp on a Sunday with a one day delivery. It didn't show up so I rang up on Thursday and politely asked what was going on. I was then told I didn't enter a shipping address despite at that very moment looking at the receipt stating the billing address. I was assured it would arrive the next day. It didn't. I then rang up the following Wednesday and they told me my item was 'defective' and they would get me one by the next day. It didn't show up again so I rang for the third time to then be told all the amps they had were 'defective' and I couldn't have it for the next few months. I was outraged! I instantly cancelled my order and vowed never to shop with DJM music again. An absolute joke.
Luckily I ordered one from a reliable sight the same day who managed to get me the same amp the following day.
This company is excellent and efficient and I was extremely pleased and used it for a top london gig 2 days later that's how confident I am in this stagg product.
I used to think stagg were cheap and nasty and I have had a large music stand which has proved the tests of time and the only reason I bought the smaller one was so people could see me as I played sax and it was excellent to easily transport.

Emailed twice to ask why my order hadn't arrived. First time was after I waited a week. I had a reply saying half the order ain't in stock. I had not been told this previously. I was asked if I wanted the part of my order that was in stock. I said yes. Another week passes. Still no part of my order has arrived. I email again. I'm asked the same question. I say yes again. 2 days later half the order arrives. 3 weeks on I am still waiting for half the order with no clue as to when I will see these items. The only emails and information I have got has been when I have asked.
