Outstanding Service
I am always a bit cautious when spending a lot of money on the net and usually you get an automated reply saying that the order is being dealt with. On this occassion it was great to receive a call from the company as soon as 30 min after placing the order and confirming that it would be sent out that night and arrive the next day.
The quality of the produce and especially the service was outstanding and i will certanly be recomending your company to other friends and family and i would like to take this oppertunity to wish your company the very best in the future.

The Speediest & Most Personalised Service
We had huge reservations about ordering online, so much so that we telephoned Dolenzo and after leaving a message the owner called us straight back.
The website is secure (i.e. https) and if you're paying by Visa you're totally protected.
We took the plunge and as soon as we placed the order online (around 5.10pm), the owner telephoned to confirm receipt and check it was ok that he wouldn't be able to send it out that evening (a Thursday night), but that it would be sent Special Delivery the next day for delivery the very next day (Saturday morning).
The watch was delivered exactly as promised, and due to some fortunate timing we saved about 23% on the retail price of a high spec Tag Heuer.
Order with confidence, as we'd be delighted to deal with Dolezno again.

Happy Customer
I had the usual concerns about making a high value purchase online but decided to proceed having read earlier reviews and conducting some of my own diligence.
Service was professional, and efficient - Thank you Robert. My order, placed on Monday morning, was for a “special” non-stock item which was sourced same day. Dispatched Tuesday, received in good order on Wednesday before 1pm .
Im very pleased with Dolezno and will use them again with confidence – product, price & service.

Fast service and delivery
This is the first time I have bought a watch over the internet and was a bit sceptical spending so much, but Dolezno were great. Although I placed the order on a Friday night, I had a phone call the next day and the watch duly arrived on the Tuesday as promised.
Great service and really pleased with the watch. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent price and a great 50th Bday present to me from everyone. Thanks again.

Perfect in every way !
Perfect transaction, watch was delivered personally the next day before 1pm as stated.

Definately a five star service

I pre ordered a Tag watch for my husbands birthday, i did this on line and with in 15mins I was contacted by e-mail advising me to phone dolezno they informed me that the watch I wanted was out of stock and they could get me a similar watch and have it delievered in 2 weeks. I said I was in no rush and could wait as I had ordered it well in advance of the birthday. They told me it would take about 4-6 weeks and I kept informed along the way of the progress. I had the watch in 4 weeks and was really pleased with this companies service, you are spending a lot of money and they give the service the personal touch.

Best Price and Excellent Service
Having spent some time looking for a watch for a birthday present, I finally settled on Dolezno who offered the best price and had it in stock (it was a late order!). The watch I ordered arrived, as promised, on the day I requested delivery.

Tag Heuer Watch
I bought a Tag watch in July 2010. I was very concerned as I was parting with rather a lot of money and not sure whether it would be the genuine article. I spoke with Robert who gave me confidence to proceed and I am thrilled with my purchase! Robert could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to obtain the watch I wanted. The watch arrived the next day and this was followed up by a curtesy call from Robert to check that I was happy - I most certainly was! Highly recommend.

Excellent service
I ordered an Omega Iris Constellation watch at the beginning of May. Due to unforeseen circumstances Robert was unable to obtain the watch until the 20th June but he immediately telephoned to say he had it and would drop it at our home if we wanted him to. He was most apologetic for the time it had taken to obtain the watch, but as I say this was due to unforeseen circumstances. He arrived at our home with the watch and we were more than delighted with it.
When it was looking as if he wouldn't be able to get it (due to it being discontinued), he offered to visit us with a selection of other Omega watches to choose from but we said we would wait to see if he was able to locate one. And, as you can see from above he did.
He was very helpful and kept us well informed as to the situation and we would like to thank him for all his efforts.

excellence in customer satisfaction
I ordered my watch late in the afternoon on a Friday, shortly afterwards i received a phone call from dolezno informing me that they had already got the watch on that days despatch. I received the watch on Saturday morning which i believe is excellent. I did not expect it to be shipped so quickly as i was late ordering it. Would recommend Dolezno to anyone for their customer service and satisfaction. I was also impressed with the price which was well below other on line dealers.

Very helpful and quick delivery
Like anyone who has landed here as the only place you seem to be able to find a review of this particular company I too had my reservations. Spoke to Robert on the phone and sounded him out on the fact that trustpilot.co.uk is the only place with reviews, he explained that after purchasing he would then ask me to place my review on here...so here I am. Ordered a Cartier Tank Francaise which was delivered the next day, it's since been to a high street dealer for adjusting (which they did for free, presumably they thought I'd bought it from there) and they confirmed it's authenticity. So, to recap, don't worry about buying from Dolezno, Robert's a helpful chap.

Brilliant and very Quick Delivery
When i first came across this website I thought it was to good to be true as the pices smash everyone else's, I did think to myself they must be fake but after reding up on them and checking them out for myself I couldn't find any faults with them.
I first contacted Robert by Email and asked about a particular Raymond Weil Model for my Wife and he responded within 12 hours and informed me that the particular model that i was looking at had a 4-6week delivery time but he had the same model with Diamonds and he would knock off money for me if i wanted it, and this was without asking.
I took the Watch with the diamonds and it was delivered the next day. When my wife opened it she was over the moon as she wasn't expecting this particular model.
I would highly recommend Dolenzo to anyone.

Fantastic service and product
I must admit I was a bit scared to part with such a large amount of money over the internet.
I place my order on Tuesday afternoon, my watch arrived by special delivery the next morning!! Watch is exactly what I wanted, in original box with serial number and garantee. The next day I had a call to check if my watch had arrived and if I was happy with it. You don't find many companies with such great service around, that's for sure.

Amazing Service
After searching for a particular Tag watch I stumbled across the site. Having reservations about buying on the internet I called the company. The service I received from start to finish was amazing. The watch turned up within 48 hours (I placed my order late at night). I even had a call the same day to ensure my watch had arrived, what a nice touch! One Word - Fantastic
Spending almost £1,000 on a watch on-line is a daunting task! I was obviously apprehensive..... Would the watch be genuine? Would it ever arrive? These concerns were quickly quashed when I phoned and spoke to Robert at Dolenzo. He is knowledgable, professional and reassuring. My Gucci watch arrived the next day! Bought a Tag Heuer watch from their website.

Lovely Watch - Very Efficient
I purchased a watch from Robert after intially being let down by another company. The watch I originally purchased did not fit my wrist right, Robert happliy exchanged this for me for another. GREAT WATCH, GREAT SERVICE
Purchased IWC Spitfire mid February 2010 as a retirement treat. Found Dolenzo on the net, did my research through companies House and several other internet searches. Checked out company and its directors. Obtained Trading Standards advice / guidance. Spoke to Robert several times to discuss purchase and varify infomation I had found. Absolutely no problem Robert was very happy to answer questions, he was very obliging. Did not want watch delivery via post. I met Robert at Hemel Hemstead where I inspected the Spitfire and agreed purchase. I had never bought over he internet before, so I had all those doubts!! Saved lots of money and have already recommended Dolenzo to several colleagues.

1st Class performance....
I have long been after a specific OMEGA watch but living full time in the UAE meant that not only was the item on long delivery periods, 12+ weeks, but was also priced at full retail.
I contacted Dolezno with my enquiry, explaining my situation and nothing was too much trouble. I dealt with Robert throughout the entire sales and purchase process via email.
The watch arrived within 3 weeks of ordering (even ahead of Robert's initial estimate of 4). The delivery was effected through Fedex International and couldn't be faulted. Even the VAT refund came through immediately upon order..
All in all an excellent experience, and one that I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent !!
I was sceptical when I first viewed the website as it offered a fantastic discount compared to others, so I researched the Company and was re-assured. I rang Robert and discussed my order . Robert kept me informed about the status of my order at all times and my watch arrived, courried to me within a couple of days.
