Really really bad customer service after DF made a delivery error.
I ordered 3 Blender Bottles - they didn't arrive at the promised time. Instead some days later I received a totally wrong parcel (a lot of protein powder) My order was apparently sent to Scotland - I live in Denmark. It took several mails and the trouble of sending the wrong parcel back to Dolphin Fitness before DF would send me the bottles I had payed for. In one of the mails from DF I was told, that together with the bottles I would receive some free samples for the inconvenience. Frankly - I expected more than just free samples after they made such an error and after I had to go to my niece' birthday party without a present. Free samples are of course better than nothing but nothing was what I got - they didn't even send the samples. Feeling rather angry I wrote back to DF about the missing samples. I got the answer that they would send them with my next order. NEXT? I don't think so. I have neither the time nor the patience to shop at DF again. Thanks but no thanks! PS - The Blender Bottles are really very nice.
