I only ordered a small item for my newphew, it was 4.30pm the guy who I didn't catch his name was so helpful as I wasn't sure what to look for on website.
He helped and answered all my questions exactly what I wanted and did say it wouldn't go out until the following day. However it arrived that day. Only £9.99 spent no delivery charge and super fast delivery. I would highly recommend using this company and if in the future I need anything musical I will definitely use them again. Thank you
Well impressed! When I ordered online, and was told it was next day delivery, and NO DELIVERY CHARGES I was sceptical, but, true to their word, my order arrived on time. Dolphin, keep using the same delivery service, they are great, and it was really good to track the delivery and know within one hour when to expect the parcel. I was very impressed that Stewart Bradley got back to me so quickly with an answer to the query I placed on the web-site, and an actual phone number that went through to him direct, with no automation. Excellent!
Anyway, Stewart gave great advice and I placed an order on that basis for a Yamaha S90 XS keyboard. Arrived next working day exactly as promised and within the 1 hour time slot promised by DPD. Highly recommended.
Excellent user friendly website. I love the instant update function from the "my order" section giving me a clear indication of whats going on with my item. I have always liked how efficient the company is at getting my item to me the very next day. This is the reason why if I think of anything music related that I require I always come back!
Best online buying experience I've ever had I think. All items delivered next day as promised. Best price going on the Eastcoast acoustic amp and quality cables at good price too. Using DPD for delivery is brilliant as their communication and tracking online system is simply the best. I wish more companies would use DPD - had a delivery from Apple the other day that was a day late because the courier 'couldn't find the house' . OK, we do live in a road with all house names which can be tricky but the DPD driver find it without any trouble. So top marks all round and I will definitely use Dolphin Music again (thinking of buying a bass guitar :-) ).
I placed order for in stock drum kit on Monday for next day delivery.
Next day delivery was confirmed at checkout so waited for email on Tuesday morning and didn't get one. I phoned Dolphin who informed me it was not infact in stock but they are awaiting a delivery at they're warehouse even though the website shows it is in stock.I gave them 2 stars as they allowed me to cancel my order. They have lost any future business from me because of this. I would love to talk to company owner about this to tell him how it feels to take a valuable day off when I could have spent my precious time more usefully.
When an order that was due didn't turn up, I phoned Dolphin customer support (spoke to Stewart Bradley) and experienced some of the best support I've experienced. After a genuine apology, the delivery was promptly changed to Saturday delivery free of charge, with a free upgrade of two of the items to the tune of £20, to enable the parcel to be with me the next day.
Extremely impressed, I'll definitely be sticking with Dolphin for all my music gear!
I bought a Squier Bass VI from Dolphin Music, for an extremely good price and it arrived safely (and exceptionally well packaged) the next day. The Tremelo Arm had not been fitted at the Squier factory, Steve from Dolphin got on the case when I queried this on Friday and a replacement part was sent out straight away, which I received on the following Monday.
Everybody expects perfection, and we don't notice when we get it, we take it as read... it's how you deal with customers when things do not go according to plan that show how good you really are. Dolphin Music were really, really good.

I ordered a Martin Ed Sheeran guitar with another company and I received an email from them stating they could not deliver in time ( it was a gift for my husbands birthday) I immediately cancelled my order and called Dolphin and I could not believe the wonderful service I got. They had the guitar delivered within 3 days and all precesses were dealt with efficiently and professionally. Great communication with Simon from the Sales team. I use Dolphin Music a fair bit, and never have problems. One example of service is when I ordered several items at once and at first was slightly annoyed when they emailed to say one was now out of stock. However, I got a phone call, and they offered to 'upgrade' the drum pad to a better model and heavily discount it: so I ended up paying about £20 extra for £120 worth more product - and still getting it all on the original delivery date. Great save by customer services!
I normally use the same supplier but Dolphin sourced and secured my product and also at the best price hands down, they are very committed to ensuring you get the best deal and its not just pennies, £50 of a difference for the Korg M3-88. I was also given a recommendation on monitors to go with the product, again out of the options (white or black case) i was told the white monitors were £50 cheaper, no brainer really and they even threw in free Phono/XLR cables to sweeten this already superb deal, i was powerless to resist.
I had the pleasure of dealing with a Mr Stewart Bradley of Dolphin Music, I would highly recommend you deal with this man, his honesty and demonstrated product knowledge are all you need to feel confident that you are making the right choice. Stewart arranged delivery schedules which were spot on and the M3-88 did not disappoint, the Monitors are of an outstanding quality also.
I had some questions along the way and Stewart was very prompt in his reply which would either be by email or telephone.
Aftersales is also excellent as demonstrated by the team when i had further questions so dont worry, these guys arent the type that once they have your money they couldnt care about when you get your delivery or be bothered answering your queries, THIS IS NOT THE CASE with Dolphin Music who will remain committed throughout the whole process.
The Korg M3-88 is my third synth, i have been eyeing up the Roland Fantom G8, once the wife has voiced her objections I will have no hesitation in returning to Dolphin Music for repeat business.
Do not be shy in asking these guys about any price matching, they will gladly do you a great deal rest assured!

I've used Dolphin Music, both by phone and on-line. Their sales staff have always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and their on-line service and delivery, fast and efficient. My latest order was processed and delivered exactly as they said it would be, down to the the hour and name of the delivery driver. Excellent, as always.
So I ordered a Moog expression pedal that I needed for a session on Saturday.
I ordered it on Wednesday with next day delivery, was told it was in stock and that I would have it by Thursday. Thursday = no pedal. Friday = no pedal. Saturday = no pedal. Session = no pedal.
It wasn't until **I** contacted them on Monday that I learned that the item was not in stock, even though their website stated it was and still stated it was. No phone call, no email, nothing from them.
So then - I call to learn what's going on - and I am told that they will call me back immediately, definitely within 10 minutes. 1.5 hours later no phone call and I had to call them back. Their excuse was that they are busy - as in "thank you very much for your money but now you aren't a priority anymore"
Weak. I have to agree that they seem like 2 geezers in a garage much more than respectable company.
I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they refunded my shipping. Hopefully I will have the pedal by the end of the week.
I had heard good things about this company from other people, so when I needed some musical goods they were the first place I tried. There was an issue with availability with an item I wanted, but that was sorted quickly via email and I was told all I needed to know. When I did come to place my order the website would not take payment, but I was very quickly phoned and emailed by Stewart, the same person who had dealt with my availability enquirement. Three and a half minutes later my order was successfully placed, and arrived the next day. I am very happy with the service I recieved, staff were easy to talk to and always happy to sort problems out, and the delivery service is very trackable and gived you an hour's delivery window. Will be using Dolphin again!
I've been ordering music equipment off Dolphin for over 2 years now and their delivery is always prompt. I get emails every step of the way and any problem/query I've had was quickly addressed by their excellent customer service team. I would highly recommend :)

I purchased a Gretsch guitar off of their website last week. It clearly stated that the Guitar was available in the store and the site also declared that if they did not have the equipment then it would not be on the website.
After waiting 24 hours for the item to be delivered I rang up Dolphin music and asked about the product, they told me that they didn't have the guitar in stock and that they could not get hold of another one.
I told the guy not to worry and if he would credit back my card the money I had given to the company. After a few minutes of discussion in which I had to demand the money back instead of having the same guitar in another colour he accepted to refund my money.
I was told he would refund my money there and then and that it would be available from 3 hours to 3 working days.
3 working days later I received an email saying that they had only just refunded my account and it could take up to 3 more days!
I still haven't received my money after four more days waiting and would recommend anyone wishing to buy from Dolphin music to seek their products elsewhere, it has been the worst display of customer care and diligence I have come across.
Ive been purchasing from Dolphin for many years now and have great admiration for the company and its sales staff in particular. Always happy to help, with great enthusiasm. Quite often ill call down to the main warehouse to pick items up, and the team are always welcoming, giving helpful knowledgeable advise, making it easier to make decisions between equipment purchases. Im finding through this, that most if not all of my purchases are made via Dophin now.
I decided to return to bass playing after a LONG time gap and settled on a Squier Jazz Deluxe active V... a tasty looking black one! A very good friend, who works in the music industry, recommended Dolphin due to past dealings with them. Dolphin had a good stock range to cover ALL budgets and dispatched the bass very quickly. Unfortunately one of the control pots was faulty on arrival (NOT Dolphin's fault). I spoke to Steve who has been more than helpful in sourcing a replacement and arranging the collection of the faulty bass. I've been very happy dealing with Dolphin and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.
After dv247 went down i was looking for a good place to purchase my music gear in the UK and dolphinmusic have been amazing, i called them up late in the afternoon and they had it picked up by dpd within the next 2 hours.

As always I received prompt and friendly personal service. (I think it was Steve I spoke to this time). They are not just box shifters but know about their products. Prices are always very good - and for my order were the lowest - with free delivery. I have been trading with them since 2008.
I have been using Dolphin Music for more years than I can remember, and I have always found them one of the easiest and most customer oriented companies I have worked with. Their communications are very good (and you don't have to spend hours on the phone listening to canned music before you get a response!!!!). Their prices are always very competitive. And on the odd occasion when things have not gone quite right, they have rectified the situation very quickly. Replies are always personalised, unlike the computer generated emails you get from most companies. I really rate this company which is why I keep coming back to them (I've just submitted my most recent order yesterday). You won't regret going to Dolphin Music.
I purchased a new Yamaha Mixer for my home studio, as well as the Yamaha NP-V60 keyboard for my fiancee. I was kept informed by email and telephone of the progress of my order, and both items arrived in A1 conditon and on time.
