Well, what can I say, I am very happy with the service received by Dolphin, everything went smooth and Paulo is a great guy who is very helpful. They did not have my initial Mixer in stock, so I got offered another one at a (much) reduced rate, I was happy to take that offer! I just gave Paulo a call and he swiftly and professionally helped me out . (5 stars to Dolphin)
I got a next day Delivery, which is great, however most of the packaging was damaged (very rough handling from Yodel, one of my Genelec monitors had the box completely ripped open on the bottom) and I only got 3 out of 4 items. Apparently things can get separated at the depot. Hopefully I will see my second monitor speaker soon..
All in all I am happy that I actually got anything next day, as when I read reviews of Yodel, I think I am lucky I actually got 3 out of 4 items..
Bottom line, Dolphinmusic is great, but they should consider a different shipping company!!
