Ordered 2 texas BBQ pizzas. Specifically asked for no peppers. it came to my door with peppers. So I rung up and explained the problem. They tell me sorry and say that I can have the pizzas delivered again with no peppers. Like I originally asked for. Or that I can have them sent out another day free of charge. It was getting late so I chose the latter. On the weekend I ring up and ask for my pizzas whithout the peppers that they promised me. For cocking up the order before. I ended up speaking to this stupid eastern european women called judy or dudite or some rubbish like that. She tells me its not on the system. So the lad i had spoked too before had not done his job or this what all dominos do after they promise you something.Shes the manager by the way. Rude arrogant women. She ignored me for ages and hung up numerous times. I eventually got the emergancy contact details from another member of staff. If this is the type of person dominos see as good management material they must be clueless. That lady was disgusting. I have been a customer of dominos for years. Will now be going to pizzahut. Oxley park store milton keynes. Stay well clear.
Worst place to order takeaway pizza from. Twice now they have got our order wrong! 1st time ordered a pizza with which we were supposed to get a free garlic pizza bread with - pizza arrived no garlic bread when we complained they told us they would make a note on our account and that we could claim next time. 2nd time ordered a half and half pizza and supposedly our free garlic bread which there was no recognition of on our account! Once again pizza delivered and no garlic bread! Staff are rude and un willing to change order even when the mistake is made by them!
Thought I'd try dominoes for the first time. Very disappointing rang and complained they were very apologetic and now making new one's. Its not good enough it should have been perfect the first time. It was very dry cold and burnt round edges. I asked for double mushrooms there were two small bits on each slice. With numerous pizza shops in this town you would think they would make more effort to please the customer!
Delivery is always early, never had any items missing, it's always hot and tastes so yummy! Nothing better than dipping a cheese stuffed crust into the garlic and herb dip! The food can be a bit expensive, but if you are going to complain about it, then don't buy from there! You pay for good quality :)
Your service at your Dahisar (e), Mumbai outlet was very nice, no doubt your food is fatabulous also Ms.Saira Khan's service towards the customer at this outlet was excellent as she is very polite n convincing.
Normally use Pizza Hut, fancied a change and ordered Domino's online. Last order was spot on and very nice so ordered again tonight. Placed order online at 19.30 for a 21.00 delivery which I thought was ample notice. Got the meal an hour late and it was cold. I will use again though but not for a while, its a shame as I love their meals.
For a £15 medium pizza, I would like to see a little bit more than 7 cherry (mini) tomatoes cut in halves (at least *one* whole tomato per slice), evidence of onion, a whole 1/4 of a green pepper would have been nice.....a whole slice of ham (not just a few bits scattered here and there) and a base that actually tasted of something....anything...! Worst pizza I have ever eaten.
I usually buy my pizza from supermarkets or Indian takeaways but decided to push the boat out and order an authentic Italian pizza for my husband , my grandson and myself from Allestree Derby I ordered 10 slice Chicken Feast, 10 slice Tandoori Hot pizzas and a bottle of diet coke. We also has cheese balls garlic bread and ice cream. This took one hour to deliver. I opened the boxes with great anticipation ..there they were ...not one but two!!!! New York Deli pizzas!!!!!!! also non diet coke!!!I tried to contact the shop but got the engaged tone and there was nowhere on-line to complain .. The pizzas were disgusting!!! Never again!!!! I was soooo disappointed .. I really wanted to experience this but was denied it. £25 wasted. They mostly ended up in the bin as my grandson hates onions and my husband hates hot dog sausages. email@example.com
Really unhappy with Dominoes, 90% of the time i have ordered from them they have either messed up my order or the pizza is overcooked. The last time i ordered from Rayners Lane was the last straw when i called them to complain as my pizza was yet again burnt and the manager argued with me over the phone that it was not burnt...without her even seeing the pizza. They did offer me a free pizza next time i order though. but that's not really going to help as i will certainly not be ordering from them any more. What i cannot understand is if all they do all day is make pizza, how is it they manage to send burnt pizza's out the door?? How difficult can it be?
Well done dominos undoubtably the worst pizza yet, I appreciate I ordered thin and crispy but you took that to the extreme, ive seen thicker asdas own brand crisps than your base, and I can only assume that thin brown crust on top was originally cheese, you delivered it to me and I delivered it to the bin, no wonder your proffits have dropped. I never thought any pizza company could make icelands four for a pound frozen pizzas look and taste good, but you done well done and that is exactly what your pizza was very well done
Dominos is a case study in how to let a dime-store CEO ruin a fantastic product. Before the mid 90's, Dominos was pretty close to a legit pizzaria. Even then it wasn't going to ove rimpress you when compared to a legit joint with a brick oven, but it wasn't bad.
Fast forward and you find yourself buying their frozen pizza for MORE than the total of your local artisan place. Their product got so trashy that customers began leaving en mass, thus prompting a much publicized recipe change. Any CEO with a human brain would have understood this meant a need to return to hand tossed dough, made in store, quality sauce with fresh herbs, and cheese that has more in common with milk than xantham gum.
But not Dominos! No, they painted their ridiculous crust with garlic fat, tossed a bunch of sugar in their sauce, and that cheese was probably mixed in a lab somewhere. They put a coat of fugly paint over their product and called it improved.
As with all things, price point matters. If the company had the forethought to charge a reasonable price for their grocery store grade product, I wouldn't have room to complain. But when you consider that the company way overcharges for the base price, includes a mandatory delivery fee AND the pretty much obligatory tipping culture, you can easily pay near $20 for a single large pie. I can go down to my local pizzaria, get a pie that would make grandmama proud for just over $10.
Ordered at 10:20pm, called at 11, 11:20, 11:40 and 12:10am to finally be told the driver got lost and the shop was now shut. Not only that but even having waited an hour and 50 minutes to hear I was getting no food, and no means of getting any that night as I live in quite a rural area, I kept reserved on the phone as the lady dealing with my query was unapologetic, rude and and I lived in a difficult area. And no point did the driver or the lady at the shop call me to let me know the progress. Disgusted and left hungry. Thanks dominos.
My delivery was half an hour late so my pizza and wings were freezing and rock solid by the time the driver got to my house, and on top of that it wasnt even my complete order, massive massive massive fail tonight
I used to be a loyal Perfect Pizza customer, but they soon turned to sh!t. The opening of a local Domino's restaurant came to my rescue! Slightly overpriced (I usually use the £9.99 collection deal) but I cannot fault the Large Meateor - Same pizza, same great quality every time. Been using the iPhone app since I got my new phone and although it's a bit confusing when it prompts you to '+ add to order' as you're not sure if that means add extras to what you've already chosen... Turns out not - that's just what you have to do to get it to appear in your basket - I still love it! You can stay updated via the app on the progress of your order from start to finish so you can time the collection perfectly! Nice one Castle Brom! :)
