Best Pizza Place around!
I love dominos, it's my go to takeaway place. I love that it's not just pizza, you can get chicken, ribs, wedges, it brilliant! highly recommended.

Appalling Website
Mobile app is dreadful, site layout/design dreadful, if you compare it to the US one it is even worse. Mind you the pizzas are good.

always good
Great tasty pizzas, a bit pricy but you can always rely on quick delivery and count on them being good.
we have become regular buyers and my son gets them almost every week, typical young lad always wants pizza! They beat all the other local pizza companies hands down.

Love dominos
I love their food. Their website is quick and easy to use. The only downside is the price when there are no good coupons hence not able to give 5 stars as at full price they do not offer good value for money.

Good Pizza, retarded prices.
My partner and I have ordered from Domino's quite a few times, and while we're yet to have a negative experience with their quality, the prices are slightly ridiculous. At approximately £16.99 per pizza, large, with 4 toppings, we only tend to order from these guys when we have vouchers equating to 50% off. It begs the question, why not lessen the amount of vouchers available, which in most cases are store and location sensitive, and just lower prices across the board?

Doesn't even deliver online to us!
Dominos products I can not fault, given that I order one once a week. However, our 'local' dominos doesn't accept online orders, so we miss out on the special offers. They try to compensate in store but it's just not the same.
Also, ordered online when I was in a different part of the country. Might have been just that driver but my food was 20 minutes late because he got lost. I checked on my phone, it was down the road, he could've walked it in less time. (I would've collected it but it was my grandparents wake and I wouldn't have ordered but I was starving hungry from not eating for two days, so don't judge me ;) ok? )

ok pizza, ok prices
so many people seem to love Dominos, but I just don't get it. i make a much more delicious pizza at home. i think they are overrated and too heavy. when I want pizza, I make it myself.

Brilliant Pizza howaever made more fun with the app
I have always loved domino's pizza prob my favourite food!
I downloaded the app a few months ago but have never used it so thought I would for the first time Wednesday night. I can not complain the pizza (which was an half and half) came exactly as requested but I just loved the extra bonus of the app saying at what point the pizza was at i.e baking or quality control.
Very rare i have ever had complaint with dominos but when I do they are always resolved straight away.

Best Pizza!
I love pizza and i love dominos they do the best pizza and sides may cost a bit more than other places but soooooo worth it. They do good deals too and if you ever want a voucher for them check out hotukdeals you will pick up a bargain!

Expensive but nice!
Pizzas are great and their frequent specials make them too tempting at times. I love the online ordering system with the pizza tracking so you have a fairly accurate idea of when your pizza will be arriving.

my local store sucks
late time after time after time.the delivery drivers could never find my place of work. local shop staff were not very helpful over the phone.at one point i waited nearly 1 hr before i had to phone the local store to ask were my pizza was? the person at the store said he will phone me back after they check to see were there driver was.i got a phone call back from the store, and i was asked if i could phone the delivery driver to give directions as her credit ran out on her phone.so the store wanted me to use my mobile credit to direct the driver to my place of work! i said no and asked for a refund and the member of staff was pretty rude and said he will give me a refund and put the phone down but by that time my pizza had arrived and it was cold and tasted like it was a rush job some of topping seemed to be a bit raw.i have ordered about 6 times and every time was a nightmare waiting to see if my pizza would be delivered on time.and on every occasion i was contacted by a different driver asking for directions.i haven't ordered from there since. i just order from a normal pizza shop near buy and i get my pizza with in 40 Min's every time with out any problems.

Very poor service from peacehaven branch
our delivery took an hour to come. Then when it did come the food was cold and the free garlic bread was missing. We gave the guy an extra tip because he had to go back and get it. Alas he never returned with our garlic bread:-(. To add insult to wound they failed to reply to our email locally or at their complaints department. I am now switching to the new pizza place here and won't use dominos again. Very disappointed

Not as fantastic as they seem
I have always used dominoes for deliveries on a night in. This one instance I was sent the wrong Pizza (meat to a vegetarian) I was absolutely mortified. on calling back I was told I had to wait another 40 mins before another arrived or I could collect in 20 minutes. Either way the rest of the food, starters and sides would only go cold and this was not replaced, by the time the pizza arrived I wasn't happy it was almost an hour later. When I called to complain to the manager I was given a free dessert to make up for it! £30 meal wasted equivalent to a £2.50 dessert! Never been back since!
