Great Service
I was in hole with a rush job and needed some door furniture like 'yesterday'.
Found Doorstuff online, placed my order after lunchtime, the items were delivered on standard service the very next day. Brilliant.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I've looked up your order and it was dispatched on the same day. I wonder if you had noticed that you could have selected the next day courier service (for an extra £2.53)? While Royal Mail is normally very reliable, it can take extra time in the week running up to Christmas.

Excellent Company to deal with
Doorstuff answered my question of "Can I use 2 tracks with overlapping doors, immediately" - "Yes". The installation drawings on their I/N site were fully descriptive allowing me to complete design drawings for a cloakroom/utility room prior to purchase. They fitted easily and perfectly without problem. I cannot fault their construction or strength - they support Wickes 4-Panel Smooth Moulded Doors #165788; Dims: 1981 x 610 x 35mm; gliding smoothly side to side. Even more important - my wife is delighted! Thank you Doorstuff; I shall now use these for other cupboards.

My order "handled" well

Great quality sliding gear
I wanted a sliding track set for a 3.3M wide opening in a fitted wardrobe I was making and found what I wanted on the doorstuff website. I ordered and paid online and delivery was made in a couple of days - very good. Set was well packaged and therefore arrived in good condition. Instructions were easy to follow and the quality was good - gives an easy almost silent operation. Overall very pleased with the result.
A bit pricy but just what I wanted and the quality is good.

you shouldn't call yourselves professionals
The door closer you sold us did not have proper and clear instruction. Major information was missing: that latch force screw only turns 90 degrees. As a result the screw was damaged because nobody here has a crystal ball here to foresee such thing, and it wasn't stated on the instruction. Simply, I applied a little force to turn the screw and the plastic screw broke. Doorstuff LTD staff wasn't able to explain simple thing: how the hell could we know that it works like that if it wasn't on the instruction. So, you referred us to the manufacturer, who basically said that 10 years is now invalidated and we should have known that plastic screw may break. Again, our crystal ball failed and didn't tell us that those silver screws are plastic and one of them, unlike the rest, turns only by 1/4.
Summing up: dealing with Doorstuff LTD was one of our worst experiences as customers EVER. How one bloody plastic screw can invalidate 10 years warranty?!
Anyway, in our nursery there's altogether 26 doors which need new door closers.
Shall we purchase them at Doorstuff LTD? Nope...

PANIC BARS made me PANIC
Delivery was first class, next day...product however was flimsey, EXIDOOR fire escape panic bars....the locking bars were slightly bowed which in turn wouldn't allow for movement up and down freely and kept sticking. 5 hours later was still playing with it to get it to spring lock in to place,
