Everything arrived promptly and all good quality
Bought a selection of door hinges, have not fitted them yet but they look ok. Also bought a door panic handle which I have fitted before and I was very pleased with the quality of it.

Our order was HANDLED very efficiently
We purchased a number of door handles, kick plates and several items of door furniture.
We rang and placed the order over the phone rather than on line as there were several questions we needed to ask.
The lady who took our order, Helen, was very helpful, answered all of our questions and I have to say her overall attitude was very impressive.
We were told delivery could take 28 days but arrived in 7 days.
Overall impression a very professional company which we would use again and certainly recommend.

Service was efficient and courteous
The quality and design of the sliding-door kit is far superior to others I viewed . Instructions and application were comprehensive . I'm. Going to use it on an access door to an en-suite in our French house I'm sure it will be ideal for the job.

Close to perfection
I bought a Geze door closer TS2000NV BC door closer. It was fitted in 30 minutes and is performing well on my fire check door. Doorstuff delivered quickly and it was all done online. Great service 5 star.

Sliding gear arrived in good time direct from manufacturer. Sadly it was badly packed and the rail bent; however, within a couple of days Doorstuff had a new piece to us without any hassle at all.

Expert service delivered with a smile
A particularly helpful member of staff, Ian Butland, served me. He spent a lot of time answering my questions which resulted in two sales for the princely sum of £60. But I wont buy my door stuff from anywhere else now, and as I am involved in a number of property investments, I hope that Ian will get a greater return on his investment in the future!

Easily the right choice
Pocket door system, Spoke to Ian after looking at several other options on internet, professional advice is hard to get but he was on top with all the answers and suggested 2 options for me to consider after more chat we worked out witch one would suite my needs To order was simple, and delivery was the next Day, Great service product is great works easily, had to tinker around a little with the instructions but once your head is around it, easy to install / I adapted my version to be mounted on to an existing wall to make a second wall with door being a pocket door on an existing wall looks mint no ugly hanging rail or pellmet as you get with a conventional sliding door mechanism. Be prepared to think a little and adapt to your situation but once you have done one there's No going back to the old ways this is the way forward. Should you need advise or help, it is there your not left in the cold . Top job cool prices 5 star thanks Ray . C.

Look no further!! - Outstanding quality and value for money
We were looking for replacement handles for all our interior doors but were having difficulty finding products that would suit and were at the right price. Doorstuff were the only site that provided fully detailed measurements of the handles on offer at such a competitive price. We placed an order for 13 matching door handles (expecting there to be a delay due to not enough stock) but all handles arrived 2 days after order. We were very pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the handles and for such a good price. We would most certainly recommend Doorstuff without reservation.

Easy Shopping
Ordered door handles then later a door closer, had a problem with one of the handles but efficiently dealt with after a quick phone call. After sourcing a good deal on the internet (a lot cheaper than local DIY stores and easier on the feet) the delivery was quick, very satisfied would recommend
