It pays to shop around.
My friends and I bought tickets for Rod on 9 June at MEN. The seats, as promised, were fantastic, Block B, row J - 9 rows from the stage. However, when the tickets arrived we were not seated together as one of the tickets had been sent to someone else and we had theirs. Double8tickets sent us a text advising that we should go to the seats originally allocated in row J. The Officials at the arena would not allow this, indicating that Double8tickets do not have the authority to make that statement. We managed to sort it out in the end ourselves. The biggest disappointment was that the face value of the tickets was £70 and we paid almost three times that much for each ticket. People we spoke to sitting in our row and around us paid £70. It pays to shop around! Despite this the concert was brilliant.
