I booked tickets in March to see Maroon5 in June. Was contacted promptly after the concert was postponed toJanuary but was left wondering when I would actually receive the tickets. Email on 1st Jan told me my tickets were on their way. They were in my hand the next day. Overall, a really good service, just a long time (7 months) between last correspondence and receiving tickets.
