Nice and easy!
We used the website for the first time to book Alicia keys tickets. The website was simple to use. Doible8 were clear and upfront with their pricing which I appreciated. They also delivered what was promised! No complaints and will be using again!

Brilliant!
Great value for money - I bought a ticket for The Stone Roses at half the face value! No extortionate booking fees. My ticket was posted via Special Delivery and arrived in plenty of time. Very impressed and will use again!

Absolutely amazing!!
Every time I called staff on the other end of phone very polite and courteous. Even when there was a mistake and I was worried I was put at ease and not only got an apology but also an admittance of fault which is very very rare these days Thank you so so much Georgio you have been fabulous xxx

Very efficient!
I ordered Alicia Keys tickets online the day before the concert. About half an hour after placing the order I got a call from Double 8 to say that the tickets would arrive the next morning, and they did. Also, they were great seats for a great price. Would definitely use again!

Double 8?? Double Gr8!!
Whenever I want concert or comedy tickets, Double8 is always my first port of call! The website is really clear and there are always great deals on last minute tickets! I always tend to pick my tickets up from their offices on Charring Road and all staff I've met have been incredibly friendly! Their text service to tell you when your tickets have arrived on their desk is amazingly useful too! I popped in on Friday to pick up some tickets for Micky Flanagan at Hackney Empire and as I left, 2 members of staff told me to enjoy the gig and have a good time! i would reccomend this politie, easy-going and reliable company to anyone! :-)

Fantastic Service!!!
I have received a fantastic service from Double8tickets and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good deal when booking concert tickets. We have purchased 2 tickets for the Barbra Streisand at the O2 on Monday 3rd June for my mum's 65th birthday. But the best present of all was the free upgrade to the best seats in the house! No hitches despite my apprehension
I was desparate for tickets to Depeche Mode for my boyfriend's birthday but they had all sold. I looked at many resale ticket site and found that Double8tickets were by far the cheapest as most sites charge ridiculous fees. So with some trepidation as to whether my tickets would turn up and be genuine I went ahead and bought them.
I'm happy to say that not only did my tickets turn up way ahead of the concert which was great the were fantastic seats and the service from Double8 was very efficient. I will definitely use them again.

first class service
I went to the alicia keys concert for my birthday, i was a bit concerned as id left it 2 days before the concert to get tickets the lady i spoke to put me at ease and assured me they would arrive the next day. i got the tickets cheaper on this site. i will use double 8 all the time now. The service i received was excellent from the phone call to the tickets arriving.

One of a kind service!
To be completely honest I was really worried about booking my Barbra Streisand tickets using this site as we had not heard much about them. We called them constantly pestering them about when the tickets would arrive and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They called my mum personally to re-asurre her and stayed in contact with us the whole time.
Our tickets arrived exactly when they said they would and we have the best seats in the house. I'm so glad I used Double8tickets.com and would highly recommend them!

Money well spent!!!
I used this site to find tickets to a gig I thought had sold out ages ago. Buying the ticket was a quick and simple process and the ticket was delivered to me in good time. I found this site to be extremly reliable and they kept me informed about the ticket via email and text message, I would concider using them again.

Excellent service
I found the website / purchase of tickets very easy and received a confirmation email advising what I had booked and what would happen next. The tickets arrived weeks before the event and I'm very much looking forward to the concert. I was worried that the tickets might get lost in the post but I received an email telling me they were on the way and they came via Royal Mail Special Delivery so I knew they'd be safe.

DOUBLE8TICKETS- WHY NIOT ??
DOUBLE8TICKETS WERE MY LAST CHANCE PORT OF CALL TO GET A TICKET AT THE LAST MINUTE TO SEE LANA DEL RAY,I .II DID GET HOLD OF THE TICKETS TO THE VALUE OF £ 83. I DIDN'T EVEN REALISE THAT THE FACEVALUE TICKET WAS £28 UNTIL THE TICKIET ARRIVED BY POST A FEW DAYS LATER..BUT CONSIDERING I DIDN'T BUY A TICKET EARLY AND DID LITERALLY IMPULSE BUY THIS TICKET JUST I WEEK BEFORE, I THINK THE CHARGE FOR THE BROKERS IS FAIR.AND I HAD ONE OFTHE BEST SEATS EVEN THOUGH I DIDN'T CHOOSE IT.. First class service and top class tickets
I would highly recommend Double8tickets.
I was originally looking for tickets to see Bruce Springsteen as a birthday gift for my sister. Most outlets showed them as sold out and others were charging ridiculously high prices for less than average seats. Double8 however had good seats at not too outragous prices. I ordered these and in the mean time also found Muse tickets for the Emirates show at half price! My eldest son is a huge fan and so I was able to get tickets for him.
All dealings were swift and professional-I will most certainly go to them first for any other tickets.

Efficient and trustworthy
This is my first experience with Double8tickets and as is often the case with online purchases there can be bit of doubt initially. No need to worry. Douyble8tickets delivered my four tickets for the Green Day concert by courier as promised approximately three weeks before the Concert. You will pay face value if you purchase well in advance, which I did to make sure I got the tickets. If you want to take a chance and wait you may be able to get tickets at a cheaper price but you do take a chance that they will sell out.

cheap tickets
I ordered 3 tickets for muse. Not only did I pay less than face value the tickets were delivered v quick, albeit you pay for special delivery the lady gave me the option of picking the tickets up from their office and they would then reimburse the postage charges.
I would highly recommend this agency.

Every time I've used them, they deliver
I don't approve of secondary market ticket sales but I have used these guys at least three times to get tickets I wanted. Every time, they have offered a premium (but not scalping) price and the transaction / gig went very smoothly. Just as well, otherwise my better half would have words with me.
So although I would be happier if this sort of market didn't have to exist (and yes, OK if I use it I'm not exactly grabbing the moral high ground), while it does, Double8 have given me perfectly above-board service and I will be very confident in buying from them again. I don't mind paying a bit over the odds because I'm too disorganised to sort out tickets directlly and, after all, if the price is too high, no one's forcing me to buy.

Wouldn't get my tickets from anywhere else!!!
This is not this first time that I have used Double8tickets & have found the service & delivery of the tickets excellent. Tickets can be pricey but there are certainly deals on certain dates & they advertise this well. Last tickets to see Peter Kay at the O2 were amazing first 10 rows & excellent view. Most recent tickets to see Pink were a little unusual to the side & slightly behind the stage but still a good view (would have been more alarmed if we had been right behind the stage like some people were!!!!). I would still definitely use Double8tickets again & wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends & family.

Outstanding Customer Service
I used Double8tickets first time and was impressed !! Easy to use website , no hidden extras . After completing the payment i've received text confirmation , also one of the girls called me to let me know that they up to send mine tickets , when i asked about collection option , that wasn't a problem , as money for P&P got back to my card. When I came to collect the tickets everything was spot on !! Many many thanks to all stuff at Double8tickets and will use you next time !!!

Barry Gibb Tickets arrived today !!!
My husband has been a Bee Gees fan for years but we could never afford concert tickets, now he has retired we are in a position to go to a concert.
It is vitally important for us to have great seats and although I would have preferred center front these were still out of our price range, so the offer of first 10 rows to the left seemed ideal. My husband is not a fan of paying over the face value but he has accepted that to get within a reasonable distance of his idol £175 is well worth it. Double8 have sent our tickets and hopefully Row H seat 15 &16 will be good seats.
If they are I know he will accept they were worth it and we will book future events with double8 if they continue to give good service.

This is the first time i've come across & used Double8Tickets.com but i wouldn't hesitate to do so again or to recommend them, as the website was easy-to-use & helpful and also, importantly, they had the best ticket prices available when i was making the Muse concert booking for one of their end of May dates at Emirates Stadium in London.
now that the tix have arrived in penty of time before the gig itself i am literally counting down the days now to what i know is going to be an amazing time ,all thanks to Double8!! SO "CHEERS" !! Rich

Very good and efficient
Was sweating i bit because id forgotten who i bought the tickets from...But neednt have worried because they arrived in plenty of time....Saw the gig list and immediately phoned to book more tickets...Tried all day without success....Tried the next day bought the tickets at a good price...Was told "youre not open on sundays"...Need to put that on your website..Otherwise great service..Will use you again

I was really upset when the wireless tickets sold out and I couldnt find any tickets anywhere and I couldnt trust any other third party sellers but I come across double 8 tickets that my friends mentioned to me where they have also bought their tickects. Thankfully there was tickets left and becuase I am so skeptical. I phoned Double 8 tickets for more info and they where so helpfull and friendly.
Now I got my tickets and they even sent me a text to confirm that they are in the post to me!! I cant wait for the wireless festival now!!.
