Incompetent - thanks for (kind of) ruining Christmas
Where I live couldn't be easier to find. Royal Mail, pizza delivery, EVERY OTHER delivery service EVER have managed to make it to my front door without issue.
All except DPD who, on Christmas Eve, couldn't for some baffling reason and took my parcel back to the depot (40 miles away) saying on their site that my address couldn't be found. Without calling, texting or emailing me.
Here's a tip for when you attempt to re-deliver: give Google Maps a try. Sounds crazy but you can just pop in my postcode and you'll be conveniently led to my front door. Technology huh? A kid with a smartphone could do a better job than your driver was able to.
Absolutely rubbish - and I'll not hesitate to avoid using any businesses that only offer 'delivery' via DPD in the future.
I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've encountered with your delivery on this occasion and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Could you email email@example.com with your parcel reference number and contact phone number please and I'll look into this for you.
