I have been told my parcel was dispatched by the company yesterday for 'next day delivery' yet when ringing the automated service they do not recognise my consignment number or mobile. I need this parcel by the latest tomorrow yet I cannot get through to anyone to speak about Saturday delivery. This is disgraceful, I will not be using DPD again if I can help it.
