My parcel was supposed to be delivered Saturday between 9.50 and 10.50 by Richard so I made sure I was in. This time slot came and went. I checked the online tracking details to find that the driver had left a calling card but there wasn't one anywhere! My parcel was now back at the depot! Anyway I rescheduled for it to be delivered on Tuesday 30th. I have my fingers crossed.

I'm very sorry to hear this. Having looked into this, I see that the driver had a problem gaining access to your flat. As you say, our systems indicate that your parcel will be re-delivered tomorrow (you should again receive a message telling you your one hour window in the morning). Our driver has also been asked to get in touch if he/she has any issues accessing your flat.
