Confusing and Unreliable

I am in Jordan & I did shopping online retailer (River Island UK). The retailer shipped my parcel using DPD.

The confusing part is that the tracking status. The expected delivery date is today (7th May) but the status is still "at delivery depot". Very weird, I already received a call to collect my parcel last Saturday (4th May) & I went to the local post office as I was told. But there was no parcel from UK & I was unable to call the number that contacted me. This morning I received another call from the same number but it was interrupted & cut off. The same thing, I cannot call the number as if it is a barred number.

And as it is appeared on MetaTrack (http://dm.metapack.com/metatrack/track?retailerId=283&orderRef=15958081) provided by River Island, it is stated "Customer to collect from carrier HELD BY DEPOT - AWAITING CUSTOMER COLLECTION". I am very confused. Where is the depot? According to DPD tracking it is currently at delivery depot & not yet out for delivery or delivered. I don't know where to pick up my parcel. Before this I did international online shopping and my stuff delivered just fine weather at local post office, local Fedex/DHL agency.

    Thanks for contacting us - the issue appears to be that the parcel has been held at your local depot with the expectation that you are going to collect it. Sorry for this confusion.
