No need to lie

no real need to ramble, as my experience has been had by many others. Been in all day waiting for parcel only to receive a text and email saying a delivery was attempted but no one was in to sign for it. Failed in my attempt to reach a real human when calling customer services. Have re-arranged for a delivery tomorrow, hopefully things will be different. I have to say I would have been considerably less stressed if they had simply said they could not deliver today, instead they try to put the blame on me.
