i ordered an item to be delivered today (7th of May) have checked the website and it says the parcel has been delivered, however when i checked with my porter he had no parcel and no calling card either. so now i am left with no idea and no options on what to do. its impossible to actually speak to someone from DPD, and i cant even contact the local depot to see if it is there.
will not be using DPD in the future and will be telling all frinds and family not to as well. absoloutly terrible customer service.
