Not pleased - where is my parcel?

I ordered a PC game from Amazon yesterday and specified a one-day delivery, i.e. today. This morning I received a text message (then another) saying that my driver was called James and he'd deliver the parcel between 11:28 and 12:28. Here we are almost two hours later and nothing yet. I have stayed home all day with a friend just to make sure. We even stayed near the front of the house so we would hear someone walking up the steps to the front door, the bell ringing or even a simple knock. Nothing yet.
But guess what makes this better? The order tracker says my parcel was delivered at 11:48. I have been to my 5 closest neighbours houses, none have received any parcel. I gave my full address when purchasing the product (obviously), So I have just emailed the sales team, no reply yet.
If this parcel doesn't arrive today I will be extremely dissatisfied, especially as I paid extra to get it here today. It even said it was despatched early this morning! I have read reviews already saying that drivers can lie, or don't bother to drop the parcel off and just sign it themselves, or leave a call card. I haven't got a clue where my parcel is, and time is money.
