This company should not exist

I was informed that delivery would be between 11.11 and 12.11 today. I waited within 5ft of the front door. All I got was a "sorry we missed you" card for having waited. No knock, no nothing. When I managed to find a phone number to actually speak to someone, I got, "I apologise. It was delivered to you. I am not allowed to contact the driver" (clearly, they don't make it easy to complain verbally...

So getting a "sorry" card is my fault? I'm not deaf! There was no knock on the door.

This is the 3rd time in 18 months this company has done this.

If I order anything else online and the courier is DPD I will cancel my order.
