Possibly the worst delivery service I've ever had

If it was possible to give 'no stars' believe me I would. After being promised 24 hour delivery after despatch from the supplier a week ago, I'm still waiting for my delivery. Possibly the only good (and infuriating) thing about DPD is that they have a very good communication process, I've received daily texts and emails advising that my parcel has been delayed and held and to expect it the following day. As well as not having had said delivery, I've also had to rearrange on a number of days now to make sure someone's in to receive the parcel. The supplier's been told that DPD can't explain what the hold up is and can do very little else except chase it up. Personally, I'd never use this company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Can't believe I'm saying this but I'd prefer to have used Royal Mail!
