Rubbish!/But good Customer Service

I received a text saying your parcel will arrive between 11 30 and 12 30, knowing this I sat in the living room waiting for the knock on the door. Then at 12 40 I received another text saying I missed my delivery and they had left a calling card! No, no one had knocked at the door I was sat waiting for it and I hadn't moved and even had the TV on low also no sign of a calling card! No one has knocked on the door and no one had left a card. Now I have to wait until Monday to own something I'm already paying a direct debit on! Utter joke! No way I'm making the drive to York when I've already taken a day off work to recieve this parcel!!

They have sorted everything brilliantly, I upgraded to Sat morning and paid the £12 which they have refunded. Disappointed to not of recived my parcel today but they have made a good effort to get things sorted for me, thank you
