Absolutely useless - companies should give a choice of shipper (not this one)
Paid 4ourhouse.co.uk for 'next day' delivery (don't use this company either - they are just as useless and just as uninterested in resolving the their problem). Needed the parts for a job today and received an email this morning to say that it was delayed until Monday 8th. Eventually I managed to speak to someone who identified that they had sent it (along with lots of other customers parcels) to Norfolk instead of Reading and when I pushed for it to be couriered (by another company) they then said that it had already left Norfolk and there was nothing that I could do. Do I beleive them - looking at all of the other reviews - no, but from now on, I will always try to check who the courier will be and if DPD, will use other delivery methods.
Looks like I might have a fight ahead of me on this.
Please accept my apologies for this delay. Having looked into this, it seems that the parcel was (as you say) misrouted to our Snetterton depot when it should have been at our Reading depot. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
I see that the parcel has been redirected to Reading depot and so should be delivered shortly.
