Having already wasted a whole day waiting for an important delivery, it was rescheduled for the next day. Yet another 13 hour time bracket had been stated, plans for the day had to be postponed. Half an hour before the end of the time bracket, a DPD delivery van was slowly making its way around where we live, only to pull up outside my house and deliver to the next door neighbour. No parcels were delivered to my house as it was later stated that the driver "could not find my address". It was then too late to contact customer services and when informed on the phone the office opening times I tried at 10am on saturday, only to find out the office was closed, even though I was told it closes at 1pm!! It's been reordered for the Monday, my wife's only day off and I'm going to have to go a purchase the product AGAIN, maybe it's my fault for depending on a reliable delivery service.
