Never again!

Received a text giving me delivery date confirmation and several options to reply so I replied option 1 to have it delivered to a neighbour as no one would be in mine for most of the day. Receive an email and a text message saying delivery has been delayed as no one was in to sign for the parcel. Why would the deliver to my address when I arranged for it to be delivered to a neighbour? Simple instructions can't be followed shocking service won't be using dpd again

    Please accept my apologies for the delay, and for any inconvenience caused. Having looked into this, I see the parcel is out for delivery today, set to be delivered between 13:35 & 14:35.
