Sloppy delivery service with appalling customer care.
I waited in on Tuesday for a delivery promised for 13.05-14.05. It hadn't arrived by 15.15, so I checked the website, which claimed it had been delivered at 13.11. As it is not possible to speak to anybody on the phone number, I sent an email to their 'make it right' people, which promises to reply within the hour. This email was ignored, so I sent another email 3 hours later. This too was ignored.. Later, a neighbour delivered the package to me. It appears to have been dumped outside his house whilst he was out. The website says 'If you've already contacted us and are still not happy with our response please contact: Sinead Croke Director of Customer Experience firstname.lastname@example.org' I did that. No response from Sinead either.
