Parcel not received, no call received even though I left details with office.

I ordered socks from Amazon Prime and was sent an email to track the parcel and expected delivery time. Past the delivery time and no sign of socks so I traced parcel and it told me there was no contact name or number so I called the office. Helpful guy told me there was wrong contact number on the parcel so I gave him alternate and he told me it would be delivered that afternoon or next morning (so I took it as next morning of course). Next morning still no socks so I go back on to track the parcel again and it tells me that its at the Bamber Bridge warehouse...if I wanted to go out and get my socks I wouldn't have ordered them on Amazon!
