EVEN HALF A STAR WOULD HAVE BEEN GENEROUS

Today my girlfriend took the day off of work and awaited 2 deliveries from DPD. Both of which did not arrive and I received an email stating that we were not in. Obviously the delivery driver neglected to actually press the door bell. So I changed my status to come and collect from the depot in Wimborne. When I arrived the worker (Jason) stated that only one package was confirmed for pickup even though I selected for both of them to be picked up (one at 18:00 and the other at 18:30). I have the emails to prove it. After he stated that only one could be picked up I handed him my Passport, Driving Licence and a tenancy agreement as I do not pay utilities in my flat. He told me that It was not sufficient and sent me on my way with no packages,

He was rude and clearly was not happy it being near the end of his shift, These packages were of the utmost importance hence my partner taking the time off of work to receive them. I went out of my way to cover for the delivery drivers incompetence only to find out that the workers in the depot are equally so.

I find it hard to believe that a company such as this is still in business. I would seriously consider you undergo a mental health analysis if you think any differently.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
