WILL A BRIGHT STAR LEAD MY BED TO ANYWHERE BY 25th DECEMBER
Bought a bed online on 2/9/12, the £800+ was cashed next day,delivery date 28/9/12. Fair enough. My husband has 2 major illnesses, fixed toes and an artificial hip.waited n waited u guessed it no bed. Then I phoned n couldn't understand the man on the phone except for 7/11/12 delivery. We're they transporting the wood n building the bed, or it was a kit van. No Bed after phoning to check of its delivery. Mad no bed to sleep in. No Curteous phone call to explain, now it's Saturday, have to wait till Monday. Well I phoned, got a young girl I've had already, Hiiii. Explained as did they, I was taping the call. She cheekily told me it was illegal, but not illegal for her to tape me. Calmly told her I want a total refund was not happy with their lack of knowledge of anything that was happening. I told her this wasn't personal, it's a justifiable complaint. No one to pass me on to. I said your hearing my complaint as u r who they have put on for me to deal with. Couldn't help. I would have to wait up to 12 days to hear from the lady that can sanction a refund ???! I told her I would like my £859.00 by Friday. She said it could take 30 days if I read the contract, oh no, u broke our contract when u took my money in exchange for a bed on said date and never came! without explaination. I told her I'm going to a lawyer and my ombudsman. They have no answers except arranging another date. No thanks. How does it take so long for money lady to contact me,they have no contact no solutions, and guess what. NO BEDS. Buying beds from Dreams is more of a nightmare. Please take advice and boycott this deceitful company.
