I had a very disappointing and chaotic delivery process. The long wait for our new beds turned out into a nightmare with numerous calls to not very helpful customer service. We have been given five delivery dates and the first tree have been cancelled for the various reasons/excuses from Dreams. All five delivery dates were well past the date promised by the shop assistant. Than on 06/07/2013 the order has finally arrived but it turns out that we have got just half of it. We and the delivery guys did not know anything about splitting the order. When I contacted the customer service I was told that the order has been split so to be delivered quickly (after two months?). That was follow by another broken promise when the costumer assistance told me that I will be contacted on the morning of 08/07/2013. I had to spent more money by calling the customer service and arranging the fifth delivery. The whole delivery process was awful with very little and misleading information provided on the delivery dates.
I am sorry for the difficulties that you have experienced and if you were not kept as well informed as you would have liked and this is certainly something that we will address. I can see that you spoke with our Customer Service team in July, after the goods were delivered, and that a formal apology was made to you.
I do hope that you are happy with your purchase and that you will shop with us again in the future.
