We bought the mattress on 2nd July 2011 with 10 years Guarantee After using only two years, mattress start to dipping two sides and we start to have back problem every morning. Our GP advised us to change mattress, cause of mattress we having back problem. We reported to dream and one of dream inspector came and checked it. And report back to dream as within manufacturing tolerance and reject our clime. Even though he mention to my wife himself this mattress need to replace. We was well disappointed after talking to one of dream customer service stuff unwilling to help further. The inspector didn't do very important Lay test to feel. This kind of mattress Lay test is very important. Also he didn't take measurement from different angle. According to dream tolerance is around 375mm. on my picture it was clearly showed over the tolerance it is 407mm. And refuse to do anything further. As well-known company like Dreams we didn't accept t his sort of customer service. I would never use this company again or recommend anyone, once they have your money the after care service is rubbish.
