because of a design fault we had to change a Sherwood matress on two occasions and we lost £267.00 because dreams "don't refund"if a cheaper matress is bought,of which we did,[we spent £1365.00]they also said "as we have had a terrible time with your purchase,we will give you £100.00 as a sorry"but they haven't and all this started in September 2013,and still to this day they say they have paid the £100.00 into my account "BUT ITS NOT THERE"and my bank cant find it either. come on dreams pull your finger out either way,at least do something to help your customers get some sort of customer service,at least talk to me you have all my details,get in touch.

Unfortunately the details that you provided were for a closed bank account and we are unable to refund the money again until your bank return the funds to Dreams.
