Shop very helpful ordered a bed just under 3k, delivery on time, installed bed frame, and then could not mattress up, said they would just leave down stairs..not very helpful, tried to get it upstairs, damaged wallpaper (BRAND NEW_ broke light switch completely off wall, black markes on ceiling and doors, not impressed, tried to call Dreams to complain but could not a reply.. would i recommend....great bed bad delivery and after care service
I would highly recommend Dreams if your going to purchase a new bed or bedroom furniture the staff there were so friendly and helpful a warm and nice atmosphere would defiantly go back in the future thank you
My mum ordered a new bed fore in Bournemouth and the company delivered it to my house in Hertfordshire , The delivery service was second to none , the driver called me 20 mins before they came as they was early , they then unloaded my new bed and took it upstairs and put it together . As for The bed it's the best bed I have slept on,
From start to finish an excellent service, salesman was not pushy, giving us time to walk around and look, then knew exactly when to step in and help with a couple of questions we had. We got delivery arranged for the day we wanted not when 'lorry was in your area', and only a short wait, not like other firms that quoted 5 or 6 weeks. Delivery was spot on, they took the time to build the bed properly, explaining how it went together.
Well recommended, will definitely shop with Dreams again.

Despite my orders so say being put through as one delivery (extra item requested within hours of visit to shop), only part of the order arrived when it was supposed to resulting in me having to arrange the 2nd delivery at a later and inconvenient date. Was also not made aware heavy goods would be left in my downstairs hallway and not taken to the room required. Credit to the actual delivery company, who I was advised by Dreams were completely separate to them on the dilvery issue I encountered which seemed very convenient, that they did actually take my goods to the 3rd floor of my house.
I bought two single mattresses from dreams for my mum and dad, they both sleep very well now, they told me they're very comfortable, so if you need any beds or mattresses I would recommend you go to dreams.
The Tempur mattress is great, we got a deal on this although I now suspect that we have ended up with a "returned" product where someone didn't like the mattress after they had bought it. We were offered the same deal so I now think we have actually ended up witch a second hand mattress! We didn't make to much of an issue of this as we do like it. The real problem we have is with the bedstead we bought at the same time, it creaks and groans and the quality is very poor. When we challenged the shop staff with this complaint we were told to contact head office who basically did not want to know, unless we wanted to upgrade to "sprung slats" at extra cost. Why would we want to spend more money when the quality of the base product is so poor? Unfortunately because the Dreams customer service was so poor we have lost all faith in the company and have decided to modify the base ourselves. As for the assembly which we paid extra for, just don't bother, I can't believe that anybody with an ounce of pride in what they do would walk away from a job half done. For example, only two of the slats were screwed down and it was obvious that an electric screwdriver had been used because the screw heads were all rounded where to much torque had been used. The result was that the slats had to be cut out! Great workmanship ....... not! I know these guys must be on a bonus but come on,this is just not good enough! Definitely not "sweet dreams" for us. Would we recommend Dreams? What do you think?
I ordered this on the web site. I was not given a delivery date and it was not on my account when I logged on. I had to call some five weeks into the order. The delivery was cancelled and for some reason communication was not simple even though you have my e mail and mobile number. “Oak Furniture land” make you look like amateurs, look into how they do business you could learn a lot from it.
The team at "Dreams" - Newbury, had excellent product knowledge and took care of us whilst trying to decide on what mattress suited us best. It arrived as promised, the delivery guys were great. Credit needed for the whole team from the gentlemen that greeted us on arrival to the delivery men who delivered our mattress. We have recommended Dreams to friends. Thank you.
went for a new pair of specs and ended up buying a bed best mistake we ever made the most comfortable bed we have had in years and not being kicked all night to get over to your own side magic
Bought two beds from them, the beds were good value, their delivery guys were very nice and polite, they assembled the beds and cleared the rubbish. I am very happy to recommend them and will use them again.
Bought a single bed and mattress for my grandson. The shop manager was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We received an excellent deal. Their policy of 30 days trial on mattresses is also a big plus which I have used in the past on a top end mattress. I would recommend dreams unreservedly .
The various types of bed/mattress were clearly explained to us, and the demonstration facility for the Tempur product was very good. The sales person we dealt with was very professional and helpful.
We are very happy with the product we have purchased.
My one criticism is that Dreams should offer a cash purchase alternative to the 3 year interest-free deal.(Obviously the headline product price includes funding costs and financial overheads, as with all businesses.)
I am afraid that this type of pricing structure is all to common with British furniture retailers, but have found in the past that sometimes you can negotiate a better deal for cash.
Bed was perfoect for what we needed and was delivered quickly and efficiently. delivery bmen very helpful and took bed to room upstairs for me. staff in shop not too over keen to get a sale and very helpful with information on different types of mattresses
The store service was excellent, and the delivery on time with polite delivery men too. I would highly recommend Dreams to all I know, well worth the visit. I ordered one bed in store and one bed online and both were high quality.
The service we received in store was 1st class, great advice helping us choose which mattress we wanted. Delivery was on time, cheerful staff & we were reminded by text of the delivery date &time. Mattress is amazing, best nights sleep I've ever had.
So delivery was carried out on the day as promised and we are more than happy with the bed. However I thought the delivery included assembly to be told when it arrived that it wasn't. I don't remember the saleman ofering me this option, so had to put the bed together ourselves, not ideal but we managed it!! Advice: make sure you are clear what you are paying for. Apart from that..... great!!!
I bought this as I am disabled and was waking up every morning in so much pain - now I have no pain in my hips when I wake up - thank goodness. It may have been really expensive but when you are in pain all the time you will do almost anything to try and ease the pain. I would recommend the Tempura to anyone with my condition.
The staff were friendly, ordered my bedside cabinet, took my money, but did not inform me that my little cabinet which I could have taken away in my car had they had any stock, was being shipped from GERMANY. There are many places in England where we could buy such cabinets why do we have to support Germany and not our own country's company's is beyond me. I had to wait 11 weeks for the pleasure of it to arrive. I will not be buying anything else from dreams unless it is produced in the UK and I get it before I die.!!
If my review persuades one person to avoid then I am delighted!! We have had our bed 4 years. For our first home we purchased a white leather bed for £600. We expected it to last....just over one year ago I noticed the slat caps disintegrating...yes you heard me correctly FALLING APART! A year on and several have completely gone leaving the slats to freely move! I contacted dreams and apparently I should have purchased the guarantee....as the standard only lasts 12 months! I WONDER WHY?! BECAUSE THEIR BEDS DONT LAST PAST THAT! Instead of acknowledging the totally poor quality of their beds, they suggest that I pay £69.99 to buy new ones...oh wait I guess in 3 years the same thing will happen....absolute idiots and I am fuming! Even when I said I would write on these sites they simply didn't care that their reputation would be damaged! Well take it from me..I can send you the pictures of my falling apart bed by all means...BUY FROM ELSEWHERE. Disgraceful and I shall NEVER BUY FROM THEN OR ALLOW ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

Greeted in the store by a friendly assistant who listened to our needs and took us straight to what we were looking for. He then made us a cup of tea whilst we tried some mattresses to go with our bed frame. We've had the bed for over a month now and it's absolutely perfect. Merthyr Tydfil Dreams I highly recommend you to all my friends and family!
A colleague recently referred me to the Dreams website as I was in the market for a bed.
I found a hugely discounted bed (£549 to £199!!) that I loved and ordered it over the phone. I was given a very quick delivery slot, posted my receipt, and texted two very friendly reminders. I was called on the morning by a very friendly person telling me when my delivery would be. The delivery men were extremely helpful and even unpacked part of the bed due to my awkward staircase. The bed itself is fantastic quality and was very easy to assemble. Have NEVER had such top notch customer service. I will certainly be recommending Dreams!
After popping into the milton keynes store, we purchased a divan bed and choose a lovely headboard. The salesman advised that the bed would arrive in the next week, although the headboard would take upto 2 weeks and we would need to collect it from store once they called us. This seemed reasonable to us, so we went with it. As promised the bed arrived within a week which we were pleased with. After 2 weeks we had heard nothing regarding the headboard. My husbard called to be told it would be arriving shortly. Another week went by and nothing. We went into the store and we were told that the delivery van which had our headboard on had broken down and so it was expected shortly. We were annoyed but understood these things happen. After another week and a half of hearing nothing, my husband called again. This time he was told that the headboard we ordered was discontinued and no longer available. Now we were angry, because clearly we had been lied to over and over again. They advised that we should select another one, however it would cost more because the one we had was on offer. We were fuming. Eventually we selected a headboard and we were advised they would discount it for our inconvience. The headboard was delievered and we are less then impressed. Its flimsy and doesn't fit the bed we order. We considered complaining to Dreams, but honestly what is the point, they will lie and fob us off again. Less then impressed we will not use this appalling service again.
The service and information I received at Dreams was first class, a salesman who actually knew the product and advised me what to look for in my price range.
I was very impressed and the after service was just as good, the beds (2singles) were put in place with the headboards fitted very quickly and all the packaging removed and taken away .
