I ordered a pin stripe anthracite suit in a size 42 tall but unfortunately proved to be the wrong fit. The suit was immaculately finished and incredible value at £135.60.
When size 44 tall became available I purchased it but was disappointed with some of the detailing. The centre vent to the jacket which displayed such a wonderful piece of tailoring in the first suit was shoddily finished with the lining badly rucked or bagged. I employed a local tailor to carry out the remedial work and the jacket is now wearable.
Zeno B shoes were a great success , very smart with a sharp contemporary design.

I am currently still waiting for a refund on a dress I recently returned, this being the second return due to the fact first dress dispatched was the wrong size.
The other times in my order where satisfactory.
I think to improve the service returns should be free of charge, I have currently spent nearly £10.00 returning two dresses, the first being returned through no fault of mine

I buy all my boxer shorts for DFL.. Best boxers anywhere I believe. Website delivery and packing all excellent.
My only reservation is that my size (XL) if often unavailable.

I'd been looking for good quality jeans as I needed a couple of new pairs. I've always purchased either Miss Sixty or Killah, as they're always a fantastic fit. Normally I'd purchase these Jeans in Sales both online and High street., Being as it is financially at the present time, moneys tight and even in the sales Miss Sixty and Killah prices were still pretty high. So I searched the internet, compared prices etc. and then stumbled across Dress for Less and I was in heaven, all the great brands at unbelievable and affordable prices. I ordered 4 pairs of Killah Jeans because I've put on weight after giving up smoking, I ordered 1 pair of size 29 & 30 and 2 pair of size 32. The 32 fit beautifully, jeans weren't seconds, all were in perfect condition and packaged well, they also arrived very quickly. Only 1 tiny downfall was the 2 pairs of jeans I sent back, All the items arrived in a box and had to be sent back in original packaging, so the box itself was quite heavy and only had 2 pairs of jeans inside but it cost me £8.50 to send back (sent with tracking, in case they were lost in post) so this would put me off if it was something I had to do regularly but as it not, it was a one off. Overall I will continue to buy products from Dress for Less.

The website is amazing, easy to find what you looking for. I have tried everything before I got to dress-for-less and finally bought my jeans for amazing value. Delivery was also amazing - fast and on time. Thanks a lot, dress-for-less!!!
I am not impressed with the quality of your clothing. I bought a cardigan, which has already lost it's shape after one wash and a top which seems to get bigger when I dance/exercise in it.
I returned 2 of my 4 items because they were too big. Generally, I found the sizing information on your website to be incorrect. It suggested that I buy a size 12, even though I am a size 10. Sticking to size 10 would have been more accurate for me.
The instructions for returning items said to use original packaging. I took this to mean the box they came in. The box was so large, that postage cost me close to £10 to return my items, therefore making a huge dent into the refund I got.
Overall, not impressed at all and I will not be shopping at Dress For Less again.
I sent you a mail, complained about my difficulty to receive my order, I have got no reply from your end up till now. Your delivery agent did not come to my house at all but said online that package delivered, I have to call everywhere before I knew where my packages was and I went there to pick my stuff up. It happened one after the other, 2times.
First, dress for less chard you for shipment irrespective on the size of the order and also for return shipment. Quite unusual!
Second, after I paid with my credit card through secure SSL connection (when I was asked to input my personal password and one time code from the bank) I got an email from the provider saying that they are going to charge a nominal amount to my credit card, I have to report it to them and only after that they are going to process my order. This was the first time ever experience when I am getting another manual check though I paid through SSL connection. When I tried to explain to them that this is really not something I would like to spend my time on I got a flat "we are going to cancel your order". I agreed to check-up then and of course passed it.
Third, when the items arrived all of them were of such a low quality that I returned everything but one item (also of low quality but at least looking nice).
Lesson learned: never use them again!
The service and goods are pretty good! The negative point is - any returns or exchange - you have to pay extra, even though you already paid for delivery. That's shame! Most companies - 98% are providing free return/exchange policy. So, to be honest, I will be looking for alternative shops.
I made a mistake with my first order for Pepe Jeans--I ordered a size too small.
The personnel at Dress-For-Less spent 20 minutes on the telephone advising me of the different size rankings among UK, US, European, and German clothiers. A young lady by the name of Devi was especially helpful. I intend to order further clothes from so professional and helpful an institution, and would not hesitate to recommend Dress-For-Less to friends after my positive experience with their personnel. Great delivery, within stated dates, no fuss return policy and once again - customer service that reassured me I was dealing with a genuine and customer orientated company. My only suggestion would be - please revamp your site. It look outdated, a bot chaotic and messy. The clothes are great and could gain more visibility if they were display in more progressive format (have a look at www.cocosa.com). Apart from that, all happy. Thank you!
I really like the choice and more importantly the prices at dress for less and visit the website perhaps once a month. I would probably visit more often IF i was given a choice to filter my search. I know they offer the option to search for a designer but what about price, colour and size (the size filter is a bit limited with s/m, m/l, etc not 12, 14 and shoe size). It is the hassle of having to look through all the pages that puts me off shopping more often with DFL.
It can be difficult to get the right size by ordering through post. Site gives proper description - I like slim fit, low rise for jeans etc. and this information is given. There is a lot of choice but narrowing down to what you want is easy.
Would like a filter tab for jean size 30/34 etc and for jean rise. Also for tops - slim fit. A selection for hoodies would be useful.
Items are genuine manufacture and come reasonably quickly using standard delivery. I have not used return service, but looks easy with UK address.
I have never regretted a purchase and the prices are good especially if you sign up to email service.
I purchased a t-shirt for my wife as they were the only place I found to have this particular item she wanted. I waited approximately 2weeks to be informed through email that I was being refunded to my PayPal address minus delivery charges for an item that was not dispatched to begin with raising my own curiosity as to why not a full refund? Will not ever use this place for anything again.
I purchased a product and still have yet to receive it. I have received a full refund, but only after I had to email and ask where my delivery was on 3 seperate occasions. On two occasions I got a response, but I had to constantly chase. No update was given to me. The delivery seems to be lost.
I have no problem being patient and waiting, but only if I am given a constant update of what is being done to fulfil my delivery.
The intial 'up to 5 working days' delivery window turned into over a month without my purchase.
I bought amazing shoes but were hurting my feet, so I send them back.
Because they were worse over £50 I had to pay £11 to send them back! Ouch!
After that I had to wait 2 weeks for a refund! And not the postage refund!
