I made my order over a week a go and chose the 2 to 3 day delivery option and after 2 days did not have an email to say my order had been dispatched so I checked the online tracker and it stated that my order had been cancelled and I had not even been notified of this so I made an enquiry on the website and still have not received a response as to why this is. The service I received or lack of should I say was appalling and I will never use this site again.

Hello I am very sorry about this. Unfortunately there was a problem with our payment provider when you placed your order and it was automatically cancelled due to there being a problem with the payment. You should have received an automated e-mail to inform you of this problem, i am sorry you did not receive this.
