excellent service . one of the bottles i ordered was out of stock but drink finder had it back in stock within a few days and because my order was a delayed a couple of days they even sent me a free dram to have on them . highly recommended

I purchased a case of a a particular wine that is becoming less easy to get hold of - the price was very reasonable, and it arrived in very good condition and within a couple of days. An outstanding and very helpful organisation.
When my father requested a bottle of Mirabelle Eau De Vie for his Christmas present I scoured numerous local Wine & Spirit Merchants in an effort to locate this spirit. I then contacted drinkfinder and spoke to a very pleasant young lady who explained that they do stock this rather rare spirit, and as a consequence I ordered a bottle. The service was extremely efficient and the bottle arrived the next day by courier, which was fantastic.
I would recommend this company to anybody for its efficiency, courteous staff and the fact that it holds such a high level of various spirits.

Paid for next day delivery on 21st Dec., product did not arrive until 28th. Disapointing, if they could not fulfill, they should not have accepted extra postage costs. They have not replied to my mail regarding this. Will order elswhere in future

Christmas delivery resolved in a day.
I placed an order a few days before christmas and paid extra to ensure the delivery in time for the big day. Unfortunately, the company delivering didn't deliver on the day they were supposed to and wanted to "redeliver" after christmas. After a quick phone call to drinkfinder the delivery company were magically able to rearrange for the next day!!! Very good customer service!

Great choice of hard to find brands with fabulous customer service
I was finding it difficult to find Patron tequila for my sons 18th !! Drinkfinder stocked it - unfortunately the carrier 'lost' it but drinkfinder responded very positively and replaced very quickly....packaging is also excellent -very strong so gift is in great condition.
They also made a follow up call and Sam was excellent. Would have no hesitation to recommend Drinkfinder!

Difficult to fault
Drinkfinder have an amazing range of alcoholic beverages of all kinds. Whether seeking a Christmas or birthday gift, or looking for something special for personal consumption, Drinkfinder is the place to go. A visit to their shop in Constantine, an Aladin's cave of wines and spirits, is particularly to be recommended.
Their delivery service is fast and efficient.
My only complaint was that, shopping close to Christmas, a number of their more popular items were out of stock.

Amazing service cannot fault it.
I only placed my order about 4pm with standard delivery and it arrived at my door the next day! One of the best online services I've ever had. I do a lot of online shopping and drinkfinder were absolutely 1st class. Packaging was also very impressive there's no way anything was arriving broken the way they packed their products!
