placed order mon 14th its now 22nd oct stilL no parcel and cocktaiL party was sat 19th. Got email at 12.30 on sat to say address was incorrect and courier wont deliver. I phoned your office it was closed. Not a happy customer at all, im head of entertainments at my local club where i was going to place christmas and new year orders but due to the service i will go elsewhere.

We have looked into your order for you and the reason for the delay was that the house number was missing and an incorrect company name was given for the delivery address. In this instance we can understand why the courier was unable to deliver your parcel. This order was placed by yourself online through our website and therefore we cannot be held responsible for the delay caused by this.
Once we were aware of the issue (Saturday) our Customer Support Team corrected the address with the courier and the tracking is now showing as delivered yesterday (Tuesday).
