After a good first experience I returned to your site again. On this occasion,it could not have been more different with your delivery. Delivered to the wrong address in a completely different street, and dumped on the front door step. Had it not been for the actions of the homeowner who actually very kindly took the time to read the address and deliver it to me, I'd have been none the wiser and out of pocket. Doubtful I would use you again after this!

We apologise you were not happy with the delivery service you received. We do rely on a third party courier service to deliver our orders and always try to resolve any issues with delivery as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Unfortunately on this occasion we were not contacted regarding the issue with your delivery. We do actively encourage customers to contact us with any issues regarding the delivery of their orders. If we had been made aware of the issue we could have tried to resolve this for you on the day.
We have refunded the delivery charge for you now we are aware there was a problem.
