Excellent problem - free purchase
I had been reading reviews on the inverter paraffin heaters and when I decided to buy looked at various companies that supplied them. After checking a few I kept coming back to Dry-it-out as they definitely offer the best deal with the free paraffin. By this time it was gone 4 o'clock in the afternoon which is their cut-off point for next day delivery. But lo and behold everything was delivered the following morning. This is what I call excellent customer service. I would recommend this company and will definitely order off them again. Thank you so much.

A brilliant product
We were in need of a dehumidifier to help sort a problem of condensation in our bungalow. We made the order and our product was delivered the next day. I had a text advising on my delivery time- it was delivered 5minutes into the delivery slot advised. Within 10minutes it was unpacked and plugged in and ping its job. It so small and slimline and very quiet too. We at amazed at the volume of water it extracts from our 3bedroomed bungalow. Perfect purchase at this point in time! Would recommend to ou all!

Now that's what I call Customer Service!
A slight mould problem had been brought to my notice in my tenanted bungalow.
I did a lot of research on-line and narrowed it down to 2 de-humidifiers with a £50 difference in price. Time for some advice.
Dry-it-out Ltd were fantastic! They were so clear and helpful with their guidance on how and where to use it to combat my mould problem, and actually advised me to buy the cheaper machine because it had cheaper running costs for my tenants. Well that was a win/win. I was happy and so are my tenants.
The De-humidifier arrived the next day and I was notified first thing in the morning that it would arrive between 11am and midday. It came at 11.05am. Absolutely brilliant!
Oh if only all companies were like this. A huge WELL DONE guys from one very happy customer.

Personal attention and oustanding service, delivery in less than 24 hours
A couple of years ago we made a very clever decision to purchase an Inverter heater from Dry It Out which runs on Paraffin Extra. Since then we have been delighted with the performance of the heater, the virtually fume-free fuel, the economical cost and the fantastic service which Dry It Out provide. Ordering through their website is easy and, if placed before 4p.m., the fuel is delivered the very next working day. We have had occasion to seek advice from them and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We would most certainly recommend Dry It Out for any of your heating requirements.

Excellent product, excellent next day delivery.
I purchased a de-humidifier approx 8 years ago from Dry-It-Out after having telephoned for advice on which one to buy. Sadly it died last week having been running every day from the date of purchase, poor thing had worked hard. Without hesitation I was straight on the website to order another one. The model I had previously was out of stock until August so I went for the one recommended. So far it has proved to be even better as there is a timer on it so I can decide when it is on and how fast I want the fan to work. I know you can get cheaper machines online but I don't think they will be anywhere near as good quality and if this one lasts as long as the other it won't owe me anything.

Very Pleased with Model RD12D!!
I purchased the Refrigerant Dehumidifier Model RD12D following a major water leak in our bathroom, after reading the other positive feedback's from previous customers.
The unit was delivered the following day which I was very pleased about, and it has worked extremely well 24/7 since. The unit in operation is fairly quiet and hardly noticeable at night. My only disappointment is the the instructions are very basic and could do with more information such as 'situating' this unit.
As I'm more then happy with 'Dry It Out Ltd, who supplied the dehumidifier and their prompt service, I will definitively buy again from them and recommend them to my friends and family. :)

Good value products, bud sadly - poor courier service lately OL13 area
Having bought products at very competative prices over the last 8 months on a regular basis and being 100% satisfied, I was very disappointed to find my last delivery was not delivered to my door. Instead i had to drive a total of 15 miles to collect from the couriers depot. Maybe it should state that an attempt to deliver the items will be made ONCE ONLY !! then its upto you to track your parcel. On arrival at the couriers depot was another very unhappy chappy who said he had been tacking the where-a-bouts of his parcel (next day ) for 10 days and had not even had a card through his door to say an attempt to deliver had taken place. Dry-It -Out have always given me an excellent service and I will be placing another order after writing this review. Hopefully , a professional courier will be used .

Great Supplier would use again
I placed an order for two dehumidifiers for next day delivery. I received a call from Dry It Out asking if they were for a rental property , which they were. I had asked the tenant to stay in all day but Dry It Out sent a text the following moring with a delivey slot which the courier kept to. Dry It Out were also able to give me some advice to pass on to the tenant with regard to the most economical way to run them and how to clean the DHs out. Great Company....would recommend and use again!

Delivery to Portugal
Great sales service but when the package arrived it was open at one end and the sticky tape was coming off.
As the package did much European travelling, it would be a good idea to securely fasten. However, it is appreciated that this company delivers to Portugal with no fuss.

Great machine, great service!
I was looking for a dehumidifier machine to handle condensation problem in our one bed flat. I chose the RD12D according to the reviews and I got exactly what I expected. The condensation problem`s gone, the flat is warmer (at winter time;)), and the air is fresher! Regarding the noise of the fan, for some people is loud, for some people is quit, for us it's ok, not disturbingly loud.
The company service through order and delivery is as it should to be!

But with next day delivery, 5 days latter still not arrived, blaming Royal Mail.
If Royal mail are a problem use a courier like other companies that guarantee next day delivery.

service out of this world & the product is the BEST, as it was described! Excellent!!
I was given free next delivery, which was good, but come the day, I was sent a text telling me the exact hour it would arrive, so while I was at work I was able to let the peeps back home know & they could get on with their day. As far as the product goes, it is removing twice the amount of moisture compared with the desiccant dehumidifier we had before & it is totally automatic, we can set the humidity level and it comes on when it is above the level & switches off when it is below. Now our home seems damp free, YEAH! The dehumidifier I purchased was this one Mitsubishi MJ-E16VX-E1 Dehumidifier

Fast response rescued us from the cold

Excellent service, good product
The service from ordering to delivery was first class and the product (so far) is performing very well, however I was a little disappointed with the instruction manual which really doesn't give a proper description of the display panel. Setting are made and numbers appear which do not have any apparent relationship to the selection made.
