Great company, great service, but one reservation (which doesn't affect the rating)...
I loved the swift service (I have used DV247 before and have only ever heard one bad thing from a friend over an item which was out of stock but that doesn't affect me at all). The only reservation I have was with the delivery - I know the general audio gear postage is steep because of its need for security, but in buying a multipack of guitar picks I didn't expect to have to pay over £4 for courier delivery service, also the DPD packaging was superfluous for something which is little over the size of a large postage stamp. Perhaps place the option for standard Royal Mail delivery on smaller items? Other than that minor grumble, the service was great!

Hassle free ordering, next day delivery (or would have been if courier service had kept its half of the bargain!!) No issues with supplier or product. Will definitely use them again.

Fast, good price, free delivery to Northern Ireland
I really wasn't sure who to go to for my Akai APC40. dv247 had the cheapest price, plus free delivery. The free delivery extends to Northern Ireland (though takes a day longer, but that is normal). Usually companies gouge me terribly for delivery to NI.
The ordering process keeps you updated regularly and delivery can be traced online (DPD, who I find good).
It arrived quickly, well packed and I could not be happier. I will be ordering from them in future for my production/DJ stuff.

J'ai commandé un clavier numérique Korg Krome 88, arrivé en parfait état et de plus très rapidement : environ 48h du Royaume-Uni vers la France (sud). Cela dit la commande effectuée sur le site internet en version française j'ai reçu un produit avec un cordon d'alimentation de type du Royaume-Uni… Pour ma part je disposais déjà d'adaptateurs universels, futurs acheteurs prêtez attention à en avoir ou d'avoir des cordons type EU ! ;) Quand à la notice elle était multilingue dont le français, le DVD-Rom aussi.

Vaseline enhanced transaction
This was a perfectly smooth and friction free transaction where I parted with funds and in return received a super system, Had no verbal contact with anyone which is fine if you know what you want to buy and like the price prior to deleivery. When I had not received the promised text re delivery on due date (next working day) a telephone call resulted in the promised delievery on time but my feeling was that a cock-up had been mightily averted by high speed logistics. WELL DONE THAT VASELINE MAN.

Big name brands, fantastic next day delivery, great value for money.
I needed a new set of flatwound bass guitar strings - hadn't bought any for years so started looking for a suitable set online. Parcel hasn't arrived due to DPD courier delivering the parcel to the wrong address
DPD site says that it has been delivered and signed by someone whom I'm not aware of, also the location of the Delivery is displayed as ENFIELD whereas I stay in NEWBURYPARK. DV247 is following up with DPD to investigate. Hopefully it should get resolved soon. The customer service is very helpful in responding and keeping me updated.

I ordered an apogee one on saturday and it arrived 12:23 on monday within the quoted one hour time slot. I rang customer services because I was disappointed that there was no mic clip and I was offered one free of charge. I would heartily recommend DV247 for great products, great service and great prices. device was £5 cheaper than elsewhere and was sent postage free. Can't go wrong

Easy, stress free shopping
I ordered some new recording equipment. The site made it very easy to find what I was looking for and was simple to use when placing my order.
My equipment was delivered exactly when I was told it was due to be delivered. I was also sent an email with a link to track my delivery and sent a text the day before the delivery date letting me know what time my goods were due to arrive.
Unfortunately it turned out on the morning my delivery was due that I wasn't going to be at home at the specified time. Once Again, hassle free. I was given an option of "deliver to neighbour" that I was able to change, literally an hour or 2 before it was due.
All in all a stress free, easy to use shopping experience. Oh and my equipment is great! :)

Excellent service - delivery was fast.
I would use this company again. Tracking on the parcel was excellent, I was contacted and given a delivery time, and delivery happened 1 minute before that time. The synth I ordered was packed well and the price was good.

Excellent service from dv247, appalling service from soundsonline
I purchased the East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra Gold edition last week as I required professional grade orchestral samples for a project I am working on. After going through half the process on the first part website, soundsonline.com, I came across dv247, who were selling the product for cheaper than what I had found on soundsonline.com. Obviously, I bought the product from dv247.
After a small mishap with an admin error, the order was shipped and I received the sample pack in a few days after it had been stocked. So far so good. However, after I received the sample pack, I installed everything on my computer without a problem... until I discovered that one of the authorisation codes was wrong and I couldn't register the product. This is in no way the fault of dv247. In fact, after contacting soundsonline customer service and not receiving a reply at all, I emailed dv247 about the issue and, although they couldn't help directly, they immediately put me in contact with a soundsonline employee and had him send me a message regarding the registration issue. He asked me to give him details of my iLok device so they could send me the code through the iLok website.
I still haven't received a code. I bought the product at the beginning of last week and received it last Wednesday and have not been able to use it as of yet. In my opinion this is unacceptable service from a company (soundsonline) that charges a premium rate for their product (EWQLSO gold edition costs just over £400 although it was half price on dv247). It is appalling that they have not replied to my support ticket and that I had to go through the third party distributor to get support.
Dv247 has been fantastic as far as I'm concerned. I would 100% order from them again. But anyone who is thinking about purchasing a product from soundsonline should be aware that they have poor customer service. They offer a great product but lack any kind of support if anything goes wrong.
